12.2.2026 - I will be making a formal complaint to his governing body.After the works were complete i asked for pictures. I was advised that he had only taken one picture this of a changed socket. Johnathan Swift then said that he would wrip out and take all materials if I did not make remainder payment by 12.00 the next day. Please bear in mind I had already paid £310, with the remaining to be paid of £280).Advised him that this was a demand with menances and illegal,
Finally he sent through a Condition Report not an EICR report which I had instucted and paid for. The report had lots of " in his opinion remarks.!
In addition I asked for an itemised bill for materials against works and was told no!
Acted like a complete cowboy and I will take this further.

No point making a complaint as he is not registered with NEICIC they cant do anything
