Threw our dog out like trash!
It was time to say goodbye to our 13yr old beloved mastiff.
They didn't bring enough sedative, so my husband and I had to hold her down while they injected her.
They put her in a plastic 'bag'. Then threw her in the back of their car. We were devastated.
A year later they have just rung us to say, they are having a clear out, and do we want her paw prints before they are thrown away.
We asked for them at the time, but were told it was too late.
This looks like a nice modern vets. But the lack of care we have received has devestated us.
Not just then. But now, a year later, I'm in tears again!!
Avoid like the plague.
