Luckily its NOT knotweed and being given this information so promptly is such a relief. I am arranging a remortgage on my property which consists of 36 acres bordering the River Brue. The valuer raised the subject of Himalayan Balsam Infestation so I contacted Richard White. He was extremely helpful and explained what action needed to be taken. He sent me a factsheet immediately soothing my fears and offered a speedy survey if necessary. I could not have been more impressed with his helpfulness.
