I live in Canada and ordered two…wheelchair wheels

I live in Canada and ordered two wheelchair wheels and I asked them to make sure they indicated they were wheelchair wheels on the shipping declaration whith UPS so they would not be taxed. They failed to do that so there were extra taxes charged so I refused the UPS delivery and thye went back to Southwest Medical for a refund. I have never gotten a refund of any kind and they have stopped communicating. I filed a claim with Visa and hope to get a full refund but this has been the worst service I have ever gotten.

I worked with Charlie and then Josh

I worked with Charlie and then Josh. Josh help me order a new back and cushion for my Tilite Wheelchair. Since both these items are nonrefundable, Josh took the time to be sure I would be satisfied with my purchases. I will gladly work with them again.
