I had some coins and decided to convert them to BTC, and now my account is disabled. No answer to my numerous emails and not customer service phone.

Some of the trades cost ridiculous amount, but they warn you ahead of time. I haven’t tried to withdraw yet, I imagine it will sting but it’s fun to play around with. I let my kids freely trade to get them familiar with the crypto world. Better to make mistakes now then later. They don’t require tons of information to join up. We like it.

So... I think people come to TrustPilot only when they have a problem. It looks like some of the problems are because unsophisticated people are buying coins they shouldn't buy (high withdrawal fee coins), and other problems dealing with lack of sophistication. I am not sophisticated, but I am wary and so I have to carefully study things before making a transaction.

The SouthX system is ok, and my deposits and withdrawals come off without a hitch (except for a very small Pinkcoin test withdrawal - and when I wrote to management, they said PINK wasn't being supported well, so I sold it - at a profit - and didn't look back).

Pros:
- My BTC is deposited quickly;
- They responded to my PINK inquiries within 24 hours;
- I always claim from their on-site faucets daily;
- I haven't yet used their site to "acquire" BTC - at the moment, I'm accumulating coins;
- Withdrawals are fairly instantly credited;
- People chatting in the trollbox are rarely talking about problems with the site;
- Been around many years;
- They don't seem to be fluffing their volume to Coinmarketcap and their commissions are standard and reasonable

Cons:
- This is a small alt-coin exchange... you would be ok to call it a shiitcoin exchange;
- Based in unregulated Argentina, I don't know who is running it;
- Someday it might just disappear, and for this reason and others, I don't store coins for long on their site, but withdraw them to my wallet - and as stated, so far, the coins are credited promptly

They stole deposits less than 100, without notifying them to the mail of customers and are not going to return! On the face of theft of clients' money.

Scammy exchange. Silently changed min deposit from 1 to 100 coins with deposits below minimum lost. No email, no nothing, just stealthily robbed me of several deposits until I've noticed.

Everything working good, have some good coins listed in there. Much to improve still but they're on the right path. Keep it up

I have been using this site for a long time and until now it was fine but for 3 days I bought dvrs coin and the wallet doesn't work! and they don't even answer you !!!!

Had some bitcoin sitting in here around 2 months ago because a friend sent me braz from some scam site. Sold the braz to btc, and left it in here. 2 months later nothing is there. Use caution using this exchange.

there is something wrong with this exchange
I got 300 BRAZ which it said it was 89 doge but when I changed it to DAI ,and from DAI to Doge it became 30 Doge. I can't understand but when I wanted to go back I checked and it was 100 BRAZ and I lost 200 BRAZ without knowing how.
so I'm telling you be careful with this site

Mixed results:

Pros:
No AML/KYC at all
Deposited USNBT first time, credited quickly
Withdrawal of BTC went fine

Cons:
Deposited USNBT second time, deposit didn't went through, I had to create Freshdesk support account and open a ticket. After few hours coins were credited

I buy BTC from SouthXchange to invest in WolfOfCoinStreet.com all the time and I can't be anymore happy with their service. Keep on rocking!
