Highly recommend Manojji and his team at Souvenir Travel! Our driver Hanumanji was excellent, and the guides in Jaipur and Agra were world class. The Agra guide, in particular, was a phenomenal photographer and made our Taj Mahal visit unforgettable.
While the Delhi portion was a bit let down by an uninterested guide, the overall organisation and care taken by Manojji were top tier. We are utterly grateful for the memories captured. Thank you, we will be back!

Souvenir Travel review

To put this rather long review into context, I have just returned from a magnificent almost 1-month tour of India. From Varanasi the spiritual centre in the north east, the golden triangle, the Maharaja Express, and Kerala in the south we saw a spiritual colourful vibrant country, from cities to villages, from hilltops to beaches, from the backwaters on a spice boat to the lush tea plantations, we saw a lot!

This whole experience across multiple destinations was seamless and included being escorted by tour guides, a personal driver all the way, planned activities, trains, planes and a carefully curated itinerary. There was a meet and greet at every destination, transfers, and check-ins.

But the important thing to say is this was only possible with the amazing support, professionalism and skills of Souvenir Travel Ltd, particularly the Director Manoj. Based in the UK it seemed like a challenge to put trust into an Indian based tour operator. But we were lucky enough to be introduced to Souvenir Travel by a UK work colleague who has been using their excellent services for over seven years. She highly recommended them and I can see why.

Planning took quite a number of months and Manoj patiently and carefully listened to what we wanted to do, skilfully guided us and made suggestions to create a complete and interesting itinerary. All accommodations and flights proposed were organised and booked on our behalf. We didn’t need to think about anything once the tour got underway. Seamless.

While on the tour we were looked after beautifully and Manoj was in touch with us regularly to ensure everything was OK, to answer any further questions or to make adjustments to the itinerary. We loved having the framework but also the flexibility to adapt the tour even on the morning of.

A long review but important to summarise that I have no hesitation and have complete confidence in recommending Manoj at Souvenir Travel if you are thinking of a trip to India. They also do tours to Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Cambodia. Cambodia in on my bucket list and I would definitely use Souvenir Travel again if it happens.

We booked the all month tour to north east with souvenir travel we received the best service. Car driver guide everyone very helpful plus manoj sir was always in contact with us asking if we had any problems . We had an incredible two-week Golden Triangle tour with Amritsar in July 2025, and I can’t recommend this team highly enough. Our guides and drivers were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient — even with the many questions from our children! They also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, which made the trip even more memorable.

Manoj and Meenakshi did a fantastic job of planning the itinerary and logistics — everything ran smoothly and on time. Our drivers, Akshay and Jasbir, were always punctual, welcoming, and very attentive, even looking after our belongings so that we could fully enjoy each experience. We always felt safe and well cared for.

What really stood out was how dedicated Manoj was to ensuring our trip went smoothly. He made himself available to answer emails at any time, regularly checked in with us during the tour, and even came to visit us personally at our hotel in Jaipur. That level of care made us feel truly valued and supported throughout the journey.

The team also went above and beyond by taking care of all entrance fees in advance, which meant we didn’t have to carry too many valuables. They were especially thoughtful with the children, always ensuring there were snacks and water available in the car.

I was very impressed by the professionalism, care, and service provided throughout the trip. Manoj and his team really made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable — I would not hesitate to book with them again and would highly recommend their services to anyone visiting India.

Over the course of two weeks during Christmas 2024 and New Year's 2025, my daughters and I embarked on a fascinating and memorable journey across India, visiting Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaipur, Agra, Varanasi, and Delhi. The entire trip was thoughtfully curated by Manoj of Souvenir Travel India, who took the reins of our travel planning and ensured everything ran seamlessly.

While we had a clear idea of where we wanted to go, the logistical challenges of coordinating flights, rail schedules, and finding reliable private drivers within our time constraints were overwhelming. That's where Manoj and his team truly shone. A particularly unforgettable moment was our arrival at Fort Rawaja in Jaisalmer, where a marigold garland was draped over my neck and rose petals rained down from a balcony as a welcome gesture. These thoughtful touches made each stay feel uniquely special.

For the duration of our trip, we were fortunate to have the same driver, Dipal, for eight days. His unwavering commitment to our safety, comfort, and well-being was apparent throughout the journey. He was always ready to assist, whether it was early morning or late at night, and his presence was a comforting constant in our travels.

In every city, Manoj arranged for English-speaking guides who were not only knowledgeable but also exceptionally attentive. They greeted us on arrival, adjusted tour schedules as needed, and expertly navigated us through some of the busiest tourist spots—often bypassing long queues at forts, palaces, temples, and boat rides, saving us hours of waiting time. They were also adept at handling unexpected closures and scheduling changes, ensuring our days remained uninterrupted and enjoyable.

This was undoubtedly the most effortless trip I’ve taken to a large, complex country like India, and that ease of travel made all the difference. It allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience without worrying about the logistics. The meticulous planning and attention to detail from Souvenir Travel India at every stage of the journey enhanced our enjoyment in ways I can’t fully express.

To top it off, Manoj surprised me with a series of unforgettable birthday celebrations during our trip—an incredibly thoughtful touch that will forever remain in my memory. My husband and I toured Vietnam and Cambodia at the beginning of December 2024. Since we are both over 75 years in age, we had to customise our trip so that we could cope as well as enjoy without getting physically tired. Mr. Manoj Kumar personally arranged the trip for us with great patience and understanding. Also, he was constantly available to talk to throughout our trip and took great care of us. At one point our baggage didn’t arrive with us on Singapore airlines and it caused a great deal of stress as all our vital medications were in the bags. Manoj took care of this personally and made sure we received our bags within the same day.

I was referred to Manoj at Souvenir Travel by a friend who booked a tour with them last year. We travelled as a family with an age range of 82 to 45. Manoj managed to book the most amazing tour while catering for a number of different needs. It was an 8 day tour that covered many of Kerala's beautiful sites. We travelled to the mountains, the backwaters and along some the other most scenic views. All of the hotels he recommended where fantastic, they were all small hotels that gave us such a warm welcome. The food we ate was out of this world (I have to say being a non veg, the vegetarian food was better than the non veg).
One thing I have to call out was that we had to cut our tour short & I cannot fault the support we got from Manoj to make the changes happen so quickly, within a few hours Manoj changed our flights and arranged for our driver to get us to where we needed to be the next day.

My wife and I were part of a group of 17 that visited India on a spectacular trip organized by Manoj of Souvenir Travel Private Inc. From the splendour and opulence of the most amazing hotels and resorts, to the hustle of markets and bazaars, to religious and historic monuments, to various dance and musical performances, to sprawling beaches along the Arabian Sea, to Ayurvedic massages, to the earthly spirituality of the ghats of Kerala, to overnight on a houseboat on the backwaters with excellent service and meals, our trip through parts of North and South India was spectacular in every sense and we are left with extraordinary memories that will take us back to this most remarkable visit to India. This was a trip of a lifetime thanks to Manoj and Souvenir Travel. We saw sights that took our breath away. We had a very ambitious itinerary and Manoj kept us on time so we could experience every aspect of India. The historic sights were highlighted by experienced guides that told us stories and made each place so special. The accommodations were beyond wonderful. We rode an elephant and stayed on a houseboat. We went from north to south to the west. What a journey that we will never forget.

Manoj worked to our requirements to plan our Rajasthan your. From forts to palaces, safe ti's and weekend retreat and even a train ride - his bookings and timings were spot on. I was especially impressed because I was travelling alone from UK with my 2 young children and Manoj made sure they enjoyed everything on the schedule and were comfortable. When taxi arrangements in Mumbai fell through, he arranged a taxi within the hour so that we could travel as planned. His prices were more than reasonable and complemented by the personal attention he gave to our travels. There are very few travel agents who will travel overnight from Jaipur to Udaipur to meet you, settle you in but Manoj did it for us.

Did a 8 days tour of Rajasthan with my entire family. Mr. Manoj planned it meticulously for us. The Hotel Choices across all locations, the Tourist guide offered and the Cab and Driver (Mr. Ratan Singh who knew the place in and out, and also extremely punctual, trustworthy and equally safe at driving) were top notch. Manoj also did the right follow up and offered flexibility to adjust our tour based on situation. Once the token advance was paid, the company never even followed up on money matters.

It's a wonderful relationship build with Souvenir Travels for all our future trips. We, a family of four, travelled to Bengaluru and Coorg from Delhi and Mr Manoj Kumar (Director) personally had well taken care of all the arrangements, right from air tickets, pick up at airport, stay, sightseeing at both the locations and finally dropping us back. The choice of hotels were also excellent and we never had to regret any of our stay. Vehicle was also good and we had enough space inside with our luggage. The driver acted as a guide throughout the journey and was conversant with both Hindi & English.
We cherish the whole journey just because of a well planned and organised tour operator and it will remain in our memory forever.

My wife and I returned recently from a most amazing 16-day trip to Kashmir and Ladakh. Everything was arranged to perfection by Souvenir Travels India. They had arranged a spectacular trip for us. I had studied extensively and told him a route and where we wanted to stay overnight. Souvenir made excellent bookings for us, explained realistic reasons to make modifications to my route suggestions and he made very worthwhile recommendations for changes to our overnight lodgings. In the end, Souvenir was correct on all counts. The organizer and head of Souvenir is Manoj Kumar and we found him to be always smiling, positive and easy to work with. He accompanied us for about half the trip and then turned us over to a Ladakhi guide for the last part of the trip. When we were with this other guide Manoj phoned once or twice a day to ensure that we were OK and well looked after. This was astounding to us! Overall, we found Souvenir to be through, quick to respond to any needs, listening to our needs and interests, sensitive to budget, acting in a timely fashion and particularly well connected to guides and drivers. When we arrived in Ladakh Souvenir had arranged a driver who turned out to be the best commercial driver in Ladakh. At one point we ran out of cash because our credit cards and bank cards were not being recognized at ATMs or by local merchants. Without hesitation, Manoj transferred $150 to our local guide, who then withdrew the cash for us. Manoj did not ask when we would repay the funds. Manoj and Souvenir made our trip worry free, tailored to our interests, an a most comfortable and exciting trip for us. We are home with many very fond memories of our trip. Souvenir travels is indeed the best in their field. Through out our journey with them, they were very accommodating and understanding. Mr. Manoj is meticulous at his work. He is the great force who made this trip (to Kerala) happen so wonderfully. He planned everything so well to make our experience fun,relaxing and memorable.
