  1. Health and Beauty Shop

Written by the company

SOVA was created by women who know what it’s like to live with PCOS — the confusion, the symptoms, the lack of answers. We were tired of being dismissed, so we decided to take things into our own hands. Our mission is simple: to offer natural, effective, and science-backed supplements that actually support hormonal balance — without false promises or filler ingredients. Formulated in France with premium, patented actives, SOVA products are designed to target the root causes of PCOS like insulin resistance, inflammation, and hormone imbalance. We work closely with doctors, nutritionists, and researchers to ensure the highest standards in every formula. No shortcuts, no BS — just clean, thoughtful formulations that work with your body, not against it. Trusted by over 50,000 women and recommended by health professionals across Europe, SOVA is more than a supplement brand. It’s a movement to take hormonal health seriously — and to put power back into women’s hands.

Product came on time, so far the changes noticed is my acne has reduced massively, eat less and less hungry. I am still on it, and I am hoping to see more improvements.

Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience 🙏
We’re really happy to hear that you’ve already noticed a significant improvement in your acne and appetite, that’s very encouraging, especially at this stage.

As you mentioned, dietary supplements aren’t instant solutions, and results usually continue to build over time with consistency. If you’re open to sharing, we’d genuinely love to understand what led you to rate your experience 3 stars rather than 4 or 5. Your feedback helps us improve and support you better.

I can't recommend this product enough

I can't recommend this product enough, I have pcos and struggled with weight and my hormonal symptoms. I hadn't had a period for 70 odd days and managed to have one 3 days after taking sova products. I have been taking it now since October 2025 and have not struggled with hormonal symptoms since. I have also noticed that I am not growing any hair out of my chin anymore. I wish I found this company earlier! I take omega 3, Ovastart and sugar balance products. Thank you Sova!
