Abysmal- would advise you avoid.
Placed order apr 9th. Money taken but nothing received. Chased twice by email. Heard from them 9th May saying IT problems had lost the order but would it would be sorted. Asked to be notified when dispatched as items were for a Birthday present on May 12th. Heard nothing so emailed again. Still nothing. The Birthday has passed and my friend is without a present. Money was taken 6 weeks ago and I’ve nothing to show except a receipt. Really lacking in every respect. I would advise caution when parting with your money. This doesn’t seem at all right.
Update: June 27th. Meant to be refunded via PayPal resolution Centre on jun 5th. No apology, explanation or response to any emails from the company as to why service has been so abysmal. Later discovered they had refunded to close the PayPal dispute but then cancelled the refund so I am still without my money. A new dispute has been opened. You have been warned if you choose to purchase goods from this company is all I can say. Definitely would NOT recommend.

I made the order in good faith
I made the order in good faith, paid and waited a week. Only then did I get a message saying the items had never been in stock and I would get a refund. Why take the order when you have no stock? Come on guys, play fair.

Disappointing experience
It is worth paying extra and buying from an online store you trust. I can't say this is the experience all the time but when my online order didn't arrive I had the chase them to question why only to find out they no longer sell the product. They did offer to send a different product but that didn't meet my needs and now I'm waiting on a refund.
Not a great first time experience and not one I'd be willing to try again

I understand the disappointment on this particular occasion. It is unfortunate that the item that you purchased had been discontinued by the manufacturer and we were not aware of this. We tried calling 5 other pilot stores to find the item for you to avoid disappointment, two of which were also unaware that this had been discontinued and has since been removed from their websites. A refund was offered immediately and processed immediately when you chose this option. Apologies again that this hasn't been a 1st class experience for you.

This customer review has notified us of a server issue with our web/email host which handles all of our automated emails, including one that had notified the client that the order dispatch had been delayed. Its a shame we were not contacted be fore the review was left as this is not a true reflection of our actual service. We are now aware of the issue and are dealing with it, had we known or the client indeed had contacted us we could have updated accordingly. We do have a note on all of our products that says, where possible we aim to deliver within 1-5 working days.
