Please stay away from them. They are sending faulty plotter from France and later asking you to send it back to China to receive your refund. Obviously cost of sending it back is more than the value of the device.

I'm sorry to hear this—and you're right to call it out. A 30‑day money‑back guarantee loses all meaning if returning a faulty product costs more than the product itself. That's not a policy that serves customers, and I understand why you feel misled.
