Scam company.

Ordered a $200 wooden kids tower with shipping protection.

Product has never arrived. No response from customer support. Scam.

I purchased these cheese boards as presents for family and friends. Everyone loved them. The personalisation option made the gifts extra special. Easy to order and received in time. I was even able to view before buying which was helpful (uk based outlet). I can recommend these boards and this company.

Bought a two drawer cheese board as a present for someone. It was so good I bought another for someone else. Quality is very good and people always ask where I bought it from. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 x Two drawer cheeseboards from SoWood. When I unpacked the first one I was very disappointed with the quality. So I asked customer service about the way to return them for a full refund. It took several emails to actually get the correct address to return it to. I was given a totally incorrect postcode (SN for Swindon, instead of S for Sheffield), which if I had used it, would have resulted in the item going missing. Is this So Wood's way to avoid giving refunds I wonder?
I had to pay for the return myself, then when they did finally give me a refund they deducted nearly £10 from it. Apparently they do not give full refunds.
Not at all a happy experience. The dangers of buying from companies who advertise on Facebook.
If SoWood had given a full refund they would not have received a 1* review.
10.01.2026 A Postscript - I was contacted by SoWood who said that on reading my review they would refund the balance of £9.90, and asked me to revise my review. This was 4 days ago. So far no refund has been given. Why say they are going to give a refund, then not do it?
19.01.2026 - A further postscript.
On 16.01.26 Grace from So Wood has once again messaged me to promise the balance of the refund will be made. However; Nothing has been credited to me.
Obviously promises to refund are meaningless with this company. They cannot be trusted.
I urge everyone to steer clear of So Wood and not purchase products.

Dreadful never had a company supply a faulty item and suggest the customer can buy a new part them self

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would
I ordered my cheese boards(2 for the price of one)
on 7th December still nothing despite emailing them three times and politely asking them to refund my money
no reply
So please do not order anything from this company
I am now going down the route of asking the bank to help

Late Delivery. It was instructed as guaranteed Christmas Delivery. However, this was not true. The order was delivered a couple of days after Christmas.

Dissatisfied with the service, most specifically since the shipping cost was not cheap & had to pay for extra fees as well when it arrived in my country.

Apart from this, when I contacted the company regarding such issue to share my experience I did not even receive a reply back. I do not expect such values from a company

Needed a replacement dish after I broke one. Responded very quickly and sorted everything out. Great service. New dish arrived safely.

Ordered one for myself and one for a Christmas present. Arrived when stated. Packaged well. The workmanship was excellant and I loved all the accessories. Very pleased.

Delivery did take a while, but the items were well worth the wait.

I saw So Wood on instagram and the cheeseboards were just what I was looking for as gifts for my grown up children. The two for the price of one was brilliant, placed the order and the boards arrived prompt and well packed.

My children were delighted Christmas Day and they both used the boards that night"

Despite me having missed the ability to order my "free" board I was still sent it when I queried it no questions asked! The product was lovely and top quality even better than it looked in the photos!

5* service throughout. Highly recommend this company. Royal Mail lost my order before Christmas and the company sent a replacement immediately which arrived Christmas Eve just in time and made our Christmas.
The products themselves are high quality and perfect for the occasions intended.

The website was easy to navigate, with great photography so i could see exactly what i was getting and I really believe I snared a good deal with buy one and get one free. It arrived when they said it would and in plenty of time for Christmas. My entire family wants one now. The quality is top shelf.

These boards are of good quality, and much heavier than I thought they might be. They were despatched promptly and arrived well packaged and damage-free.

I am very happy with my purchase and would happily buy from this company again
