Really poor service. Initially I contacted them through WhatsApp and everything was very positive, responsive, and engaging. However, after I completed all the required forms and provided my ID, communication completely stopped.

The team no longer responds to messages, despite me making it clear how urgent this process is. I have now lost a full week chasing updates and have simply been ignored.

Very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected.

I have used other Agencies before for documents but nothing beats SP Documents for their turnaround times - I received my Police Clearance Certificate super quickly - I thoroughly recommend this company to anybody who needs assistance with important documents - thank you Sintiche for your great service!!

My sister and I needed various documents authenticated and notarized for overseas job requirements and Sintiche was quick to assist us. Great service that I would recommend to anyone.

Their prices are absolutely exorbitant. Might be worth it if you are in another country. Definitely not when in SA.
An unabridged certificate costs R75 at home affairs, they charge - Unabridged Birth Certificate:

7 working days: R3,500.00 per application

14 working days: R3,175.00 per application

21 working days: R2,800.00 per application

I recently used SP Documents for my unabridged birth certificate. Whilst I had concerns during the process because I hadn't heard from them, SP Documents had, in fact, emailed me and tried to contact me with a status update. My certificate is on its way to me, which means I will receive it in Australia within 3 weeks of applying for it - an incredible turnaround! SP Documents is an extremely professional, responsive company who clearly take pride in the service that they deliver - and they do deliver! I am extremely impressed with the prompt service received from Sintiche. I opted for a 7 Day UBC & a courier service to the UK. All my expectations were met right on time. Communication & status was updated professionally by Sintiche. Today my son received his UBC in the UK. I am truly grateful. SP Document Trade is also much more affordable than the other Document service companies I had contacted. I will honestly recommend this company 1000%, their service is impeccable!!

I am so grateful that I have stumbled upon SP Documents Trade ( Sintiche) when I searched for a trusted company to do my Police Clearance certificate , plus Apostille from DIRCO.

These days you don't know if you can trust anyone with a copy of your passport AND a copy of your fingerprints! So, I was reading almost all reviews on different platforms on mostly the Companies used by almost all South Africans that live abroad. Sadly not all was positive remarks on these companies.
That is when I stumbled upon Sintiche´s company.

ALL reviews were positive and all were praising her for her quick and efficient work. So..I decided to trust and use SP Documents Trade. So glad I did!!

I cannot praise her work enough, as she has managed to get me my PCC and specially the Apostille, in a very short time ! ( We all know how slow these procedures can be in SA) and PCC´s are only valued for a couple of months :-( So I was very relieved that I could hand in this document before the final due date.

Her service was not only fast, but also her quick response on email requests to her. Her DHL package arrived today and even there her professional work shows. Neatly packed , with extra care.
