Poor customer service
I placed an order on 2nd January and have still not received the items, I’m really disappointed quick enough to take money. I’ve emailed them twice now but to no avail.
Brilliant Service …
Having read all the comments and found that majority are negative, I was in two minds whether to order the NSPA Body butter or not as I am a big fan and user of the product.
I decided to take the risk and trust my judgment. I ordered 6 mango and passion body butter boxes and it was surprising that I received the order after one day.
Really happy with the service and hope that I won’t have any problems in the future.
However I’m not happy with one thing as it stated it’s free delivery and then I got charged £5 for the delivery. That should be refunded.

I read the reviews on here and stupidly ignored them. After placing an order, I waited for the standard confirmation email and waited, and waited. After a few days, I checked to see if payment had left my bank account. Nope, no payment taken and no confirmation email. I waited a few more days. Nothing. I emailed and no reply. Eventually, I cancelled my order and emailed again. Nothing. It goes without saying, I will never buy from this company again and if I get the standard reply to my review, then my reply is too little too late pal. I really don't think this business wants customers.

Spa at Home Website seems to have changed.....
I have been trying to place an order for the last 3 days but once I get to checkout there seems to be a problem with the system and the payment won't go through. No problem with my account so it must be the website. I have tried numerous times but the same thing happens.
I cannot find a telephone number to call anyone and have sent an online message to them through their website but have not received a reply.
I can't find this product anywhere else so need help.

Crappy company...
My review will echo the other negative ones - this company are rubbish; I placed an order yesterday and received no email acknowledgment of the order (fortunately, I saved it as a PDF) and have emailed them 4 time to confirm this with no reply at all.
I had to place a strong negative review in order to get them to respond, which once placed on Trustpilot, they did as can be seen from their response.
They sent a confirmation (finally, after pressure) and I had to go back to confirm when the item would be despatched and I finally received it today.
Why does it take a negative response for this to happen? Can they just set up a system where you get an order notification and a despatch notification? Other beauty companies (Essential, Look Fantastic, AllBeauty) do this with no problem whatsoever.
I shall not be ordering from SpaAtHome again - let the buyer beware.

Disgraceful and Outrageous delivery fee!
I placed an order for £26 worth of goods. It was not made clear at time of purchase that I would be charged £24 for delivery. It stated free delivery. I live in N. Ireland and feel that this is an extortionate amount to pay for delivery. I have tried emailing to cancel my order but have received no reply. I would not have placed this order if it had have been made clear that I would be charged £24 delivery fee.

All Good, Thank You!
Despite a few issues with slower despatch/delivery times and the need to contact Customers Services about my item being damaged upon arrival, it was all sorted easily via email and the Nspa Mum-To-Be gift set was quickly replaced. It was very well received at the recent Baby Shower and my friend was happy, thank you Nspa for producing a unique range which is available to buy online!

Great product will defo order again
I ordered from the company but was concerned after 2 days that I did not receive a email regarding item dispatched so I emailed and got a quick response saying to read terms and conditions that they normally dispatched within 3 days 2nd class so allow another 3-5 days for delivery etc etc. So after 3 days still did not receive a response so I used the website contact form and again got a quick response saying they had dispatched it using APC courier. I thought I would have to wait few days but to my surprise it arrived the next morning, they shipped the parcel using apc overnight. After reading the reviews I was very worried my daughter wouldn't receive her birthday present but I was delighted with the outcome and will definitely use them again for Christmas.

Spa at Home Website seems to be suffering system problems.
Problems with payment and messages.
Payment won't go through on Mastercard. Checked with card issuer who say they've had no payment request for this shop and there' no problem on my account so it must be the website playing up.
Tried 4 times.
Also can't seem to get an online message through to them from their website. Tried 8 times. No phone contact listed.
Sent email - no response.
Seller responded after 3 days and tried to be helpful but problem still there (tried 3 times more) and now I have bought elsewhere without any difficulty.

Say they use second class Royal Mail …
Say they use second class Royal Mail delivery. Unhappily instead used APC so have to in on a weekday or travel to Banbury to pick up. Not happy.
