This is the worst hosting service

This is the worst hosting service. A few days ago, they gave me a non-working VPS that they couldn't connect to. They respond to my inquiries about once a day. Ultimately, they said I needed to reinstall the OS. After reinstalling the OS, I had 100MB of free disk space, which prevents the VPS from working properly. I then asked for a refund, but they simply deleted my VPS and wrote off the money. They're scammers, don't fall for them!

Free series are great. Support is quick and respectable

Awesome that they offer free TeamSpeak servers, it makes me more likely to use their other hosting services. Wish they also offered a free and paid teapspeak 6 service too. Server works good and support is quick, they like to clarify and never close the ticket in a rush. I've experienced downtime one time (on the free host) during my multiple months of use, but other than that it's been great.

Something that is rare nowadays

I was looking for TS3 server to connect with my old friends and find space hosting, at first I thought it shouldn't be true, free server with full control over query, ssh,ftp... Even with free schedule backup! But it was actually true. It is working like a charm!

Kind of support you don't see often in this industry

I've been running a dedicated server with Space Hosting since November 2024 with zero issues - solid uptime and reliable performance. But what really showed their quality was when I made a mistake.
I accidentally canceled the wrong server after an IP address migration confused me. I opened an urgent ticket expecting the worst. Their support team responded within minutes, removed the cancellation request, coordinated with their infrastructure team, and restored my server with all data intact. The whole situation was resolved the same day.
That's the kind of support you don't see often in this industry. Highly recommend Space Hosting for anyone looking for dependable dedicated servers backed by a team that genuinely cares.

They changed my static IP

They changed my static IP.
This hosting company demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and operational competence. They changed the static IP address of my VPS without any prior notice whatsoever. For nearly 10 hours, I was left troubleshooting critical issues on my own, only to eventually be informed—after the fact—that they had changed the IP. During that entire time, I had no idea what was happening, wasting money to funnel traffic to our website and hours diagnosing a problem they themselves caused and failed to communicate.

At times, my VPS has gone down for extended periods—sometimes close to an entire day—due to ongoing issues with their infrastructure nodes. These outages are unacceptable for any serious use case and clearly indicate poor monitoring, inadequate redundancy, and weak incident management.

If you value reliability, transparency, or basic communication, this provider should be avoided.

By the way, they are not cheap. With this shitty service, you would expect a low price, but it is not. Go somewhere else, and thank me later.

No, you don’t understand how disruptive this is. If you did, you would not have handled it this poorly. Changing a static IP on a VPS without any notice and then taking ~10 hours to even acknowledge the change is not a minor inconvenience, it is gross negligence. During that time, I was actively troubleshooting a problem you caused, with zero communication from your side.

"operational changes may be required to maintain service integrity...."
Operational changes can be planned. Notifications can be sent immediately. Downtime can be communicated. None of that happened. Don’t frame this as an unavoidable infrastructure decision when the real failure here was communication and basic competence.

As for pricing and ‘value’, no. Other providers offer better uptime, better communication, and lower prices. Your service does not justify its cost, especially given the repeated outages.

At this point, seeing the number of tickets, it’s hard to blame anything other than my own patience. I should have recognized long ago that this provider is shitty and ended the subscription much earlier.

If reliability, transparency, and uptime matter to you, look elsewhere.

Unstable service and questionable renewal policy

I have been using Free TeamSpeak Hosting - TS3-FREE for over a year, and until recently, my free server was renewed monthly without any issues or prerequisites. However, the company has now changed its policy, making a Google review a mandatory requirement to extend the service for another month.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a positive recommendation at this time. While the server isn't 'constantly' down, it goes offline with a frequency that would be completely unacceptable for any reliable service. Furthermore, when it is online, the audio quality is often metallic and distorted, making it unusable for TeamSpeak.

It is disappointing to see a provider prioritize forced feedback over technical stability. I am posting this review as requested by support to maintain my service, but I would advise others to be aware that renewals are now tied to reviews regardless of the actual performance of the hosting.

I have been using Space Hosting for a bit and honestly, the experience is awesome. Their customer support is top-notch, fast replies and you can reach them through different channels(I think for me Telegram is the best), which is super handy.

I had a small issue once, and they fixed it right away plus gave me an extra 5 free days as compensation. That’s how you know they actually care about their customers.

Prices are really good especially after I tried two different companies, especially for what you get - unlimited bandwidth is a huge plus. Overall, solid service and great people behind it. Totally recommend!
