Update - Christina Dalmedo still HAS NOT reached out to Mr&Mrs Elsbury, she along with Jackie has blocked every point of access in trying to get the money back which does not belong to her. This platform is the only point of contact. Just be careful doing business with Christina and Jackie, Christina has said this company is run by her and her family, a family run business. She took £11000 from a vulnerable elderly couple and refuses to pay their money back to them. How does one do such a thing? To make matters worse her mother Jackie covers for her. Is this family run business into taking money from vulnerable people and not giving it back?

The manager Christina Dalmedo- could you please make urgent contact to Mr and Mrs Elsbury, they have tried contacting you and you have blocked them trying to get their £11000 you took off them, your mother Jackie who is your assistant puts the phone down on people when they try contacting you. Are you and your mother involved in having taken this amount of money off elderly vulnerable couple?
How do you live with yourself knowing what you have done? £11000 you took from this couple and you refuse to give them their money back! How could you have done such a thing? Emails/phonecalls/letters who disregard and you get your mother to shield you, and then she puts the phone down on people trying to help this couple! Disgusting!
You tell people this SPACE4YOU storage is your family run company, you told my assistant who phoned in sometime back that this is your company, I’ve since found out that is a lie! You have took £11000 off an elderly couple and you tell people this company is yours! Are you an habitual liar? Why do you block this couple when they have tried getting THEIR £11000 back from you? Is this how you behave in business in “your” company? Why lie,duck and dive? I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone especially that you are involved and telling people it’s your company. What is the truth when it comes to you?

From our first phonecall to Agnes to our recent moving everything out of our storage unit Space4U have been superb. We had never used self storage before but everything was explained to us thoroughly at the outset, costs were transparent and very reasonable, and we knew we were in good hands. Christina moved our stuff to the unit in the company van, where Matt and Insiya took over and made the moving in to the unit process easy. When moving out Matt helped us at every stage. Special thanks to Insiya for helping us at various times while our stuff was in storage. Everyone in the team was always cheerful, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great service at a fair price.

I used Space 4U Storage for 5 years while I was living abroad, and always found them to be friendly, professional and responsive. Some moths got into some belongings of mine last year and became an infestation which needed to be dealt with and they handled everything with no fuss at all - they were brilliant! I would highly recommend this facility!

I originally tried to rent a unit in Windsor but there were none of the size I was looking for. The manager from Windsor was very helpful and put me in touch with the team in Bracknell. Jackie was excellent in helping me to sort a unit and get everything sorted when I got to the building. The pricing is fair, there have been no problems with the storage unit, and I've never had any problems with invoices / payments etc. Jackie and co were always very friendly the few times I was on site. One very tiny thing would be some larger or newer trolleys. Other than that, the units are safe and the team provide great customer service. Would recommend.

Fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble for Christina & Jaqueline. They were both so helpful and definitely went the extra mile. 100% Happy.

Excellent company. Family run and incredibly helpful, straightforward and transparent. No silly price increases after the first year like other companies I've used. In fact, only one small increase in almost four years with them. Facilities are clean and secure, but access is easy. Can't recommend them highly enough.

A lovely family run company who can’t do enough for you. They are honest integral and transparent, never afraid to pick up the phone and answer any concerns. I highly recommend them. Thanks Christina and Jacqueline for all your help, moving can be stressful and you made it that little bit easier!

I’ve recently started using Space4u Bracknell and I would recommend this storage company. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Christina and Jackie, nothing is an issue and they are also very reasonably priced compared to other companies.

We rented a small office from Space 4u for a short period and the service we received from the staff was fantastic. I can highly recommend this company to be used for your storage requirements.

Would always recommend Space4u, i have been using Space4u constantly for around 3 years. I have used a few well known storage companies in the past but found the best service was these guys by far. They offer 24 hour entry as standard compared to others that charge extra. The prices are very competitive giving me 50% off the 1st 3 months. The staff are very friendly and always happy. When i 1st went there, i was shown around the units so i could see the sizes and decide which unit was right. When i have wanted to change the size of a unit the staff have always been quick to get this sorted.

Extremely great service from staff, very friendly, knowledgeable, they listened to what we needed, polite and went through all sizes of lockers to match what our need (entire 3 bedroom house in storage). No pressure to rent space, even have a tour of the facility showing us in person the lockers, the entrance, the security etc. When we needed a second locker it was done over the phone and was waiting there for us to load into. Locker entry was very easy, security is brilliant and there is a huge lift by the loading area with moving equipment free to use.

Wow! Did I luck out with Space4Us Bracknell! Real support, help, working with and at the most competitive rate in the area! 7 moves in 3 weeks so my stress levels during a pandemic were fairly high. The team were proactively supportive and helpful with some brilliant ideas and top tips along with excellent recommendations for my various move requirements. So pleased. Highly highly recommend! Best storage company easily based on their support as well as my initial checks with the other storage companies in the area (who shall remain nameless). Space 4U had no hidden costs, no ongoing surprise weird costs - I knew exactly what I was paying for. The 24 /7 access was fabulous allowing me to avoid high traffic times. Just brilliant - highly recommend.
