hello they said i shared a scam site with another member in a privat chat and they blocked my account is that legal and what can i do i had a conversation with the other member the day before and we discussed all kinds of investments it was mutual dialog but the i deleted the conversation the same night cause why save i and sometime when you dont need to save it you delete it next day my own captain told me about a new investment platform so what did i do i wrote that same guy a message hey do you know this and this they say its much better than space he then reported me and space ai admin said you did this and i told them hey i talked with that guy before i just deleted it and they said give os proof it was mutual i cant and the guy i got in a disscussion with so he does answer to back my story up i know this guy did this on purpose because the day before i said some things to him and he didnt forget nu but what can i do i had 1300 dollars in money invested not earned yet

Its a pure scam. Told me my account was hacked 5 months after still not investigation complete or anything. Pure scam. Need the Police to put these scam artist in jail. Took 1200usd from me, still not answering on support.

Well i opened an acount and invested in a package. So far so good. After months of good experience, i decidet to go all in and invested a considerable amount of money. I made 1200 a month with a 3000$ invest in usdt. I withdrew twice,once 600$ another time 1200$. At the attempt to get another 1100$ a month later i suddenly didnt receive nothing. When trying to logg in to my acount again to check,i realised ive been shut out . Support told me i got almost hacked from a user in riad. So far so good. At my request what now,they told me not to worry and all will be investigated. Wich takes, and here it starts 1-3 months!!! Ok i tried to find out what on earth takes that long time. No reply. They only asked me for id shot with me on and stated review in progress. Plus I was assured the money is safe and if its my account ill get it back in time. Ok. That was 4 months ago. Support got more and more ignorant.I still get messages sporadic after me trying to contact them over and over again, review in progress ,wait patiently. Then after 3 month i got msg review failed. No other explanation or info what to do. So i bombed them with screenshots of me funding the acount, wallet adresses timestamped screenshots even the number of my mentor that tipped me about Space ai etc. Now they stopped responding no reply to my requests nor e mails to space ai direct. So i started giving reviews on youtube and X. Wich seemed to hit a spot i finally got a reply at april 10 ”your case is still in review wait patiently”. No other info no request for more evidence nothing. I mean i wait now 4 months, cant touch my money plus all my e mails to space ai never gave me any response. . Also support is virtually none or very poor. All i get is ”review in progress wait patiently.” Or get ignored the messages not even being read on telegram. This is not accepteble. So now i consider contacting the authorities. I want whats mine ,i can proof its my acount i got all documented screenshots of transactions etc bankdraft and so on. . Still i got nothing, no question or being asked to send in my evidence. Well I did it anyway months ago. But nothing. how can a big company operate like this? Virtually no support no information no requests exept sending in my id with my face on. This money was all i had. And i regret i got invaulved like this. But i tryed for 7-8 months before i commited. So i felt its safe.
Now? I wait and wait without any info people tell me i got scammed. Is that really it? Space ai. A scam operation? I found no scam warnings or other signs it is no good. So why wont they start a dialog with me? Why no e mail response. 3 mails send in. No reply at all.
Anybody out there got simular experience? I need help but am broke. Not shure where to go. Help. Thanks for reading.
