I bought the food storage bag organizer and loved it. Very well made and one of the few brands who sold it in white. After being so happy with that purchase I bought the lid and foil organizer to match. Love these products My only “complaint” or more a request is I wish they made the foil, Saran Wrap organizer that was long enough to fit the parchment paper. But this is more something I wish was made than any complaint

Incorrect shipment, not even close to what was ordered.

I paid (November of last year) for multiple sizes and bag types and a pump. I received 3 XXL bags in December that are worthless to me given the size. I called their "customer service" phone number (+1 508 821 5868), it did not ring and only went to disconnection (not a suggested new number). I have emailed their support team but as of yet, with photo evidence and a receipt; no response. It is now mid January,

I have not received 2 items from my order. I ordered 6 items. They sent the first 4 items in 2 shipments. The last 2 items have not arrived. Although they haven't arrived, I've received regular emails asking me to review them. The items that did arrive are fine. One product arrived with superficial damage (it arrived in a damaged box), but it worked fine. I'd just love to receive the final 2 items in my order. Tracking numbers indicate they arrived, but they did not arrive. I have made various attempts to contact customer service (to the customer service email address, in the contents of a review), but I have received no response from the company.

I love how it holds and cuts the foil or wrap so nice and smooth. Definite recommendation for this one..!!
