The support from Space Designer has been amazing! I found myself in need of some design items that were not listed with the other 'furniture' items. I had asked if there was anyway that they might be adding them to the library any time soon. Their reply wasn't what I expected, it was better!! They asked for photos for reference and said they were happy to add them for me! Now I have a full catalogue that should be able to render just about any space without having to sacrifice on the look.

Love this app! I remodeled my entire apartment with it to see the changes before moving a single piece of furniture. Highly recommend it for any home remodeling project!

Excellent, simple, intuitive design program and beautiful life-like renderings. The only reasons I didn't make this a five-star rating is that the content library is a little limited in some areas, and I've had some technical issues with payments and account updates (although customer service has been great in fixing these).

This company’s team has a BIG HEART ❤️ I couldn’t make the payment because of technical reasons, but I needed the programm in order to work and earn money to live and they were willing to help me and gave me a free access to two projects and some credits 🙏🏼

I was used to work with Allplan, a professional and expensive cad programm but Spacedesigner is THE BEST programm I could find for that price!! Very beautiful and clear to work with this! Many thanks ✨❤️🙏🏼

This is a web-based design tool, not perfect but pretty good for a floorplan layout. I never could get the 2nd story or rooflines to work correctly. Also it kept losing the design. I contacted support and they recovered it once. I didn't use it for a while and came back to get my design and it was gone. I contacted support all the ways that I could find but never got a response. I guess the one-time design fee gets one-time support as well. Not bad, but if you want to retain your design look for something reliable.

I needed a tool for my new home project. I have been moving from my family house to a flat and had no idea if everything would fit in, or how I could arrange the furnishing to optimize the space. Space Designer 3D helped me with that and gave me a good idea of what I could or could not do. The customer support is amazing, and even provide online training if needed. I would recommend Space Designer 3D to anyone with home design needs.

Excellent tool for those who appreciate good presentations, fast and versatile layout.

The one-off fee for a single floor/plan encourages to have a try. Then the software proves to be very intuitive and includes a rich catalogue of furniture and predefined objects making it a child's play to get a very realistic 3D view. On top of all, the support is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended !

Thursday 20th July was a great day for me. Along with it being my 15th wedding anniversary I also had the pleasure of experiencing not one but two examples of fantastic service. The first was from a notebook making company and is not relevant to this review. The second, however, was from Space Designer 3D. Not only have they created a fantastic online tool that does exactly what I need it to (which is, for reference, design a space in 3D) but they have amazing customer service. From the first question I asked on their online chat facility, to the email follow ups, they've been a delight to deal with and have gone out of their way to provide the service I need. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I've tried several programs and the search has stopped! I love being able to copy floors with ease. My 7 year old grandson has even gotten in on the act. He can change wallpaper, move furniture, create his favorite doors and windows too. I went to umm freshen up and I came back to him picking out furniture and adding it himself. We also like to ease of switching from 2D to 3D. Well worth 9.99. Thanks

Being a novice in designing and trying to design my house ideas to something tangible I came across this program after checking many. The demo looked almost too easy to be true and for $10 I thought it won't break the bank. What a great experience. Simple to use, quick many options able to be opened anywhere and able to share with friends, which is a very great and interactive experience. The quality of Customer service is something that I haven't experienced before its that good (thx Ophelie).
I have no affiliation with this company and usually don't write feedback, but I truly recommend it to anyone who wants to design their house ideas or utilize it in a private or commercial capacity.

I'm not particularly handy with these sort of tools but designing a project with Space Designer 3D was plain sailing all along. Looking forward to having other projects to do :-)

This program has some good features and some that need improvement. The ability to view live 3D and have walk through and global views are great. Online access and no download is very helpful.

Building a multi story building in one space is not possible and seems like a no brainer. I have a one story house and couldn't find a way to build the foundation and crawl space or the steps up to the house within the same layout as the house. The house I'm working on is a renovation so I need to have all the detail for those things.
Also the options are pretty limited in color and in variety. Seems like mostly IKEA furniture. They don't have anything for a standard shower and shower head or even a nicer version like a glass enclosure. It would be great if it went into more detail with better options considering it costs $20 a month.
Also I don't feel like the tutorials available are actually that helpful. For someone who has no clue at all they might be good but if you play with the program for 5 minutes you will learn everything any of the tutorials can tell you.

I would like to add that the customer service response I received after my review is probably the best customer service response I have ever received from any company. I really appreciate the expedited response and attention to what I'm looking for in the program. Thanks!

Space Designer 3D is a great app if you want to create or redecorate your home. I found it very easy to use and the 3D looks amazing. I have used it for a month now and I am really happy with it!
