Loving this make of superfoods

I love the unique flavour, and do feel some benefits.

As someone who suffers from chronic fatigue, it does seem to help a bit.

It's not by any means a cure all, but i have felt a difference in my energy, and although it's not treated my condition, it's given me some benefits to my energy and wellbeing, so in my eyes, it's worth it.

Buying it was so simple a few clocks and its done. Hardest part was choosing what flavour you wanted. I went for hot chocolate. It's not the greatest tasting drink but it was ok. Im having a cup daily before work, only just started so still early but lets see where it goes. If it works ill be ordering more and maybe a different flavour.

Very quick delivery. Was not expecting the free gifts which came along with it. Tastes great. Literally like normal coffee. Very impressed!

Avoid this company. I distinctly cancelled my subscription after my first order, yet Spacegoods charged me £29.00 without consent and shipped an unwanted product. My experience trying to resolve this has been a total nightmare.
Their support email feels entirely automated by an unhelpful chatbot that keeps going in circles, claiming it can't find my order details despite me providing the order number (#892494), billing address, and emails. To make matters worse, they told me to use their online return portal to get a refund, but the form gives an "Order not found" error and doesn't even work! I have a delivery I never wanted, money taken from my account, and absolutely no way to speak to a human to get a refund. Completely unacceptable customer service.
*response to reply: I cancelled the subscription the day I signed up to ensure it did not auto renew. I have a screenshot to evidence this! You took an unauthorised payment and sent out the product without consent then made it near impossible to cancel the subscription and contact anyone to help! I also have screenshots to prove the login link you've sent doesn't work as it doesn't show any orders or subscriptions.

Excellent service and rapid and good choices, love the strater kit

Nice flavour and easy to drink with no strange taste or roughness, smooth and so far not getting the crash I normally get with coffee. I seem more focused and less tired even after only three days, happy I only done 14 day purchase so I can try other flavours.

Easy to make in the morning. First drink of the day. I always look forward it to get me started with a satisfying hot drink.

Good communication

Tried your coffee only for a week. I have been taking another brand for 3 months. To be honest, This week I have been getting the 2pm lag. Feeling lethargic! Will keep trying, however, if it continues, I will probably go back to the original brand.

NO STARS. Would not recommend, customer service at its worst. Tried to cancel subscription order (I don’t remember signing up for) not long after an email sent saying thanks for your order. They still had the parcel and refused to cancel it, I also expressed that I no longer lived at the address. Spacegoods intentionally continued with the order knowing the order had not been collected and could have intercepted it. I am now going through my bank to recover my money and send evidence that I tried to cancel as soon as I was aware they charged me. The website would not let me delete my card details. Spacegoods did not send me a reminder email. I will be forwarding my dispute into Trading Standards as I tried to cancel the order and informed that I had changed address but Spacegoods still chose to send the order from their website. Royal Mail did not collect till late evening.

I took a screenshot after my email to cancel to show Spacegoods still held the goods and also a screenshot of when Royal Mail collected that evening to prove Spacegoods still had the order in there possession and could have either cancelled or redirected the order.

As for the products, I’ve tried the coffee, hot chocolate and the electrolytes drinks that I ordered over 3 months ago, they are ok in taste but I absolutely feel no difference or see any effects.

Poor Customer Services, AI generated responses which is the same as most of their responses to these reviews.

This company is not worth the headache in placing an order, IMO!

Great costumer service

Lovely coffee ive got a cup now. My best instant drink of the day love the stuff. No more coffee in a jar for me now. Has to be decaffeinated as well.
