The they claim their sunshade fits a BMW 530i - it does not. Their policy says if its incorrect fit its my fault - so I guess no refund. This is pure BS for the high price they charged for this. Plus they dont tell you that suction cups are needed...suction cups! Avoid buying ANYTHING from these people. Refund my money now please.

We bought a tote bag, 100% cotton, but after washing it has become smaller and the print is "dirty" now. An 100% cotton bag should be able to being washed.

Quick delivery and good shirts
Quick delivery (even though it was cross border in Europe) and good quality of T-shirt.
They also corrected my order after I told them that I ordered accidentally the wrong T-shirt size. Thanks for that!

There's no button to cancel the order. Neither is there a place where the tracking number is displayed. Email software is with some problem, because I've not received any emails after the purchase. I had to get in contact with the company via Twitter in order to get information about the parcel's wherabouts. Products seem to be of good quality, even though I didn't receive it yet.

Poor customer service
I asked information about the shipment of an order both via customer service email and via Facebook and never got a reply. Of course my order was then shipped and received, but, I would have appreciated at least a quick answer with an update on my question.
