Love it has been easy so far and making good progress

Ease of use.
Disappointed with opening the 2 portfolios on the same day but funds were not removed from my account on the same day, they were removed from my account on different days.

Has helped me understand the fundamentals of investing. Also allows you to invest with small amounts where other places u need to have big $$$. Happy with my spaceship journey so far

Love the simplisity. The new additions to investing ability is great. I do wish the investment return on your Super was still displayed. It was a shame when they took that away

simple process to sign up and setting up recurring investment. very simple UI compared to other platforms. Highly recommend.

Easy to use app. The market can swing wildly but I'm about 35% up at the moment. Very happy with the product.

I have used spaceship for years but something is very wrong recently

I withdrew some money from the account, however it never arrived at my bank account and the support channel has gone cold

It's very strange but very suspicious to me as well. They never have an issue taking the money, but when you want to withdraw it, it is no where to be seen.

Have been investing with Spaceship for about 5 years now. Luckily got in before the Covid crash, and yes there was a 40% dip with Spaceship in 2022, as there was with just about every other equity-based investment. It's now recovered those losses. Overall pretty pleased with the simplicity and performance. Remember, to get the returns advertised, you need to take a long term view.
