Be careful with this casino, you are at risk to lose your money

My advice is to avoid this casino if you don't want to waste money. The casino itself manages to give a good picture of itself, lot's of games, nice bonuses, very good and fast chat support what comes to the technical problems and general questions that are not dealing with withdrawals.

I opened account at Spacewin casino and made a deposit of 20 €, wagered the bonus according the bonus terms and managed to win 100 €, which was actually paid out without problems. Then I made my second deposit of 20 €, again completed wagering and at the end made a withdrawal of 3 000 €.This withdrawal was awaiting confirmation until I received e-mail from Spacewin casino finance team on informing that my account has been closed and my withdrawal is rejected due to violation of Terms and Conditions. Casino does not respond to my inquiries concerning the reasons for their actions.I have set up a complaint against casino, but I don't expect a fair solution because it seems that casino does not care about their customers.

After my account was closed I made some backround study. Casino operates with fake Curacao license and it's operator Reddy Keddy Limited, was dissolved on 28.9.2021 so it no longer exists as a legal entity and cannot conduct business or enter into contracts. Registered key personnel seems to have connection to Russia and it's good to note that dealing with Russian-owned casinos may possibly be prohibited due to economic sanctions set against Russia and russian banks worldwide.

definitely a scam site

Joined this site without reading the reviews first.
Deposited fine without issues (of course). Played some slots, all fine with a great variety. Ended up winning about £1100.
Verified my account, with no issues. The online chat advisor helped me and it was verified within 30 minutes. Withdrew the amount and received an email saying it would be processed within 24 business hours (weird). Waited and waited still nothing - balance still showing on site. Spoke to the online chat advisors nearly every day for an update but just got the same response, that I had to wait and be patient as the finance team was sorting it. 4 weeks has passed, I have just tried to log in and my account is now blocked.
So don’t waste your time with this scamming site l!!
