Withdrawal takes forever! contacted customer service few times says it will be done in 24 hours but it seems nothibg is happening! First they cancel my first withdrawal because they say it was from a cash bonus and from so they put it bavk in my casino acct so i playes and won 289 on a sudden 200++ was gone while i was playing and i won a bit a bjit and tried to withdraw its approved but on procesaing so i consider it because it was weekend on saturday I made a second withdrawal and I am still waiting for my withdrawal up to this date and nothing happens! it is still on "processing" This casino is too slow and maybe comments here are right this is a sort scam casino.. I've uploaded 200 eu, and won some money. after a while i couldnt withdrawal the money because there was a wager on my deposit, without even accepting a bonus.
and yes, I won my money back. so i thought I give it a other try. since then I didnt win money anymore. When I do accept a bonus, I will win massive but just not enough to win the wager, so youre losing your money again. when you accept a Bonus, you only can play several games. And I think these games are programmed by them.
Also the staff is very rude, they cancelled my withdrawal of 103 eu. and my wallet was filled again with the winning money. it wasnt 103 eu that came back, it was 13 eu. they wont help you and only ask you to deposit money to solve this problem. thats weird in my opinion!
I can tell you more, but trust me. dont TRY/TRUST this casino!
