Absolute scam! Ordered goods for my sons birthday in early September and nothing has arrived. One item in late October and rest just now. Ordered a hoodie and it arrived discoloured and dirty. Boxed in a cardboard that wasn’t shut and no plastic or any covering for the hoodie to be protected during transit.
Emailed them with photos ! No response for over a month. Just today I got this ( copied and pasted to show the true image of what this scamming company does) “ Thanks for your email.
I am unable to see the state of the hoodie like this.
We try to use as little plastic as possible, therefore ship most of our goods in cardboard.

The photos I sent were clear and such a disgusting way of replying after over a month waiting for an email.
Rest of merchandise arrived two months after ordering. Claimed the parcel was sent back!
No shipping information, no tracking number or info either!
DO NOT USE! There are companies out there that offer proper merchandise and good quality.
ABSOLUTE SCAM!

No tracking information, no customer service, not even a real company. Everything about this website screams scam. I am going to look into calling my credit card for a refund, as nobody is replying to my emails, or even Shipping products.

I have placed and paid my order around a month ago and did not receive any updates on the delivery. I wrote them twice, but have not received any response.. I hope they will finally either send an item or return my money =( Parcel btw was for a Christmas present gift..

I can't overstate how cheap and flimsy the rocket lamp I received is. Both front fins were broken off upon arrival, and the company hasn't responded to my emails requesting a refund. Do not waste your money on this garbage!

Terrible customer service, not a single email reply from them (I have sent multiple emails).
I asked to cancel my order after finding bad reviews online yet they still shipped my order after I asked to cancel it, I have not recieved the items a month later or a refund.
I cannot afford to deal with this, especially since they may charge me customs.
Do not use.

Horrible. It took them forever to mail out a sweatshirt and t shirt. Nobody ever answered my emails. The print on the shirt is way to far down and the one on the Sweatshirt is faded almost grey. Emailed again that I want to return this horrible stuff but never heard back.
I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and will be contacting my bank. Don’t order from them.

Lamps came, they're no where near as great as they looked online. The "earth lamp" came as one brown blob. The remotes for controlling the color just don't work, they don't turn off and the batteries die. Mine was flashing a rainbow color for hours they died ... I will try to do a return but I have zero confidence.

I have never received the ordered lamp. After sending many e-mails, I have received one single answer and after that nothing else again! It has been more than 3 months. Never again!

Don't use this company we had ordered a product December 5 we were told it was shipped mean while after speaking to DHL it was never picked up so now we are owed $60 and they won't return emails

I ordered the Starlink MK2 rocket lamp, it took about 3 weeks to arrive in the Netherlands. When it arrived at my home I got a 20 euro import tax fee which I was not informed of, the lamp itself was like 40 euro's so that makes the total product 60 euro's. The lamp itself is way smaller than the website makes it seem, the rocket that goes on the lamp also has scratches on it and some other weird marks, I suppose you could say it adds to the roughness of the rocket or whatever but up close it doesn't look good. The product quality is okay-ish, the lamp itself is cool and gives some cool lighting in my opinion, but I wouldn't say it's worth 60 euro's, neither 40 euro's.

Very helpful customer service. After DHL lost my package with coasters, Dominic sent me a new one, free of charge.

SpaceXfanstore's t-shirt designs are just so awesome. I wish I could get all their starman designs 😂

I ordered two t shirts two months ago. One arrived after about 2 weeks; still have not received the other. I have complained twice and did get replies saying that I would be shipped a replacement. Finally got an email today that the second shirt has shipped. Nice shirts, but terrible customer service. Will not order from them again.

I bought a lamp that was death on arrival.
I sent several emails to the support and they responded only after I wrote that I was filing a complain with paypal.
They promised me to ship a replacement.
They never did and never answer the following email.

I think this company may be a scam.

Do not buy from this site.
