I love the watch. I got one for my wife and myself. We both are very happy with the watch, Easy to read, seems to be accurate , fits well, easy to get different watch faces. We did both get screen protectors and they work great. The battery lasts a long time. Happy

Everything went smoothly. Hardest part was attaching band or adjusting links.

My Spade four is amazing. It is reliable, does not require anything more than being charged which usually nine/ten days after the last charge.
The activity logs are fantastic and simple to use.

Ease of use and the fact that a charge actually lasts10-14 days

I am a very pleased Spade & CO Smartwatch user. I’ve had mine about 3 years without a problem! It is a simple to use yet encompasses all my fitness needs. I am quite fit for my age (76) and I do zumba 4 times a week, yoga twice a week, weights three times a week. I also walk 3-4 miles 2-4 times a week. I do love my classes and this watch calculates all I need.
I bought 3 watches as gifts this Christmas but did need to return one. I requested help on email and immediately I got a response but was told I would have someone contact me. Well, 2 days I grew impatient and did not want to miss the return window. I reached out again … wrote another email and was immediately contacted with an apology for my wait time and 2 very reasonable options for refund. I really like the way this company considers its customers and the product is more reliable and just as attractive as other popular/pricier brands. By the way, the other 2 gift watches were well received !!!!! They too, are now fans

The watch was easy to set up; I even got one for my husband! I love the tracking of my steps and sleep, as well as the heart and stress factors!

I got a book for Christmas. It’s been entertaining and fun to read. I enjoyed it so much I just ordered one for each of my family members about them. I can’t wait to read them. Also, I had questions about my order and I had very fast responses with an entire PDF of the book. Talk about service!

I purchased a Health Smartwatch 4 from Spade & Co. It is exactly what I hoped it would be. I was so pleased that I purchased another one for my son.

The books are quite funny and are a lovely gift.
The courier UPS sent email stating delivery completed but only delivered the package to a local collection point and did not inform us, we then started emailing back and forth with the seller which could have been avoided had the courier told us what they had done, would have saved time being wasted for both parties.

I am on my 2nd watch. My husband is on his 1st one. I loved the long battery life, but in the last month, the battery dies after less than 12 hours. We have shut everything off. Something is draining the battery.
I believe they just did an update and we believe it has something to do with it. Anyone else having this issue?
