No integrity, product hurt my skin

This is what I TRIED to write on their website, but of course they only show good reviews, which I find so incredible dishonest. And particularly hypocritical from a company who tries to present itself as being into good vibes and spiritual integrity. What a bunch of BS.

I've tried to contact them MULTIPLE times on MULTIPLE platforms.

"I wrote to the company about the new formula after having loved the first version. They assured me the new formula was even better and totally gentle. I only use fruit enzymes to exfoliate because they are safer for sensitive skin.

I was skeptical of the rose geranium as that is quite a harsh essential oil, but gave it a try based on how emphatically I was assured about the new formula.

I used it and got little irritation bumps immediately, which have remained for the past 5 days.

I emailed customer service and got no reply. So I came back to the site to try to contact them that way. I looked for a way to initiate a return only to see that they give NO refunds, accept no returns, etc.

As someone who works in the beauty industry and sells my own natural moisturizer online, I am shocked. I would never have purchased from this site had I known how unwilling they are to stand behind their products. Customer service is everything, no matter how small a company is. Not only am I out $35, I am angry and offended. I wonder if that's the customer experience they are going for. Hardly anything I'd associate with a spa day. :/

"This mask is formulated to be safe for even the most sensitive of skins"... I think that qualifies as false advertising. Maybe I can take it up with my credit card."
