A solution worse than the problem
They blacklist entire servers, their delist process doesn't work - or at best, your server will re-listed automatically, even if they receive no spam or reports of spam from you. They also apparently list servers/IPs for no reason - or at best, they fail to keep records of the reason(s) for listing an IP.
As a result, their service has an unacceptably high rate of false-positives - or legitimate mail erroneously rejected as spam. If you use this service for filtering your incoming mail, then it's practically a guarantee that it will prevent you from receiving legitimate mail from your customers, sales leads, etc.

secretive company
Don't use them as Spam filter on your mailservers. You will have many false positives and therefore annoy your users. They hide their practices from the public, their website is down and don't provide information to the public. There is no way to whitelist.

Untrustworthy spam filter. They don't give any reason for blocking your domain and won't remove you from their list. Remove spamrl.com from your incoming spam filters (e.g. in Plesk) or contact your IT administrator to do so. Otherwise you will get false positives and risk missing out on important emails.

It's a scam to get you to buy their toolbox service at $100/month... Our servers are being blocked but we pass all other Blacklists... I request the removal and they add it right back. But if I signup my problem will go away... Phishing... There are tons of forum post about them and their poor practices... This service needs to be shut down and/or a class action lawsuit.
Spamrl are nothing but a scam to make money.
This company seems to work outside the normal blacklist providers mandate. While all other blacklist providers happily provide the reason for the listing, spamrl do not. I would urge all software developers (Spamexperts) and box manufacturers (Barracuda) to stop using spamrl until they start to provide quality information on listing reasons and prove to the greater IT community that they are a genuine RBL and not behaving as a mafia.
beware of this company
beware of this company, then will illegally bounce back genuine spam reports and they even have their own whois ID hidden
