Finally learning Spanish
I have been studying Spanish off and on for years and I moved to the Spanish speaking country of Panama a few years ago so I really wanted to advance my level of Spanish. I began working with Camila a little more than a year ago and the experience has been just what I needed. I meet with her twice a week and she is always on time, always prepared and full of alacrity. I used to say that my Spanish was baby Spanish because I would speak only one or two words and then try to understand what the other person was saying. Through our many conversations in our classes, I have learned to fully communicate my ideas in Spanish with others here in Panama. It is a pleasure to work with Camila as she is intelligent, easy going, and a compassionate person who is a good conversationalist. She has a lesson plan each class and gives me new vocabulary words each week that I practice on Quizlet.
