Beware of this Bank, if you want to take Money put of your own bankaccount, in my case a Belgian Bankaccount, they refuse the card and ask for a creditcard.
Result for 20e withdrawn they charged me 6,20e fees…
It seems they do that constantly with tourists!
I have bank accounts in 3 countries and the level of incompetence this bank presents is unreal even for the german standards (the worst banking in europe). COMPLETE lack of English speaking support, even the ATM at their branch didn't have an English option!? Ridiculous. Worst mistake I made since coming to Germany is making an account at this bank.
NOTHING WORKS outside of paying with my card at a store and sending money to accounts in the same bank. Can't use the paypal account, can't pay on amazon with direct payment (using my IBAN). It was MONTHS and I wasn't able to pay for a single thing online, I have to use my Polish bank account (my Polish bank operates in 4 languages...).
