Logistics and customer service nightmare
Delivery announced to be delayed 6 weeks. OK, s**t happens these days. But now expected delivery dates are set in the past. No contact possible: telephone number does not answer, no way to contact by mail.
Update: managed to contact customer service. They could not do anything for me. Site indicates that “item is on stock AT SUPPLIER”, which apparently means they do not have it in stock themselves. Found another supplier which was cheaper, less transport cost and faster delivery.
