Nice qulity

Iam sharing personal experience of ordering electronics spare parts from sparemover web site.
I received the packet after 1 month of expected delivery date and after checking the product it was Full defective and not working,
but more disgusting thing the sparemover is irresponsive on what's app and blocked phone when tried to complainant. So avoid all such fraudesters

AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!
They comeing to rented houses and rooms WITHOUT any prior notice to the tenants.
And to fix something you will wait for months!
I really don't recommend IT !

Dodgy Agency! My deposit was never put in government scheme! It went to their pocket and now they avoiding to pay it back! Iv been chasing them for few days now and all I hear is excuses. Gonna take legal action!!!

have been living in a room offered by sparemove just over 3 years at the start it was pretty straight forward you pay a deposit and a months rent and you move in, as time went on issues start to occur like for example the room next door there was 3 people sleeping in a small room constantly smoking cigarettes, it eventually led to them putting a cigarette in a bin and it caused a house fire, i had to call the fire brigade and we was waiting outside for 3 hours due to the cabron monoxide exposure in the property, the fire brigade deemed the house unsafe to due to a high risk of carbon monoxide, the property itself was in very bad condition damp walls, cracked walls, bathroom and kitchen in terrible conditions, for the price that i was paying it was a sacrifice that i managed to endure, as time continued more issues started occuring, we had a serious mice and rat issue, there was holes under the carpet throughout the whole house and it was a common occurrence to find a mouse on the kitchen counter or the stove, in two separate occasions i found a full grown rat in the kitchen running around, i emailed them to resolve the issue and they layed out traps and rat poison between the kitchen stove and inside cuboards also filling the holes under the carpet to prevent them from breaking in inside the house, i also found a housemate dead in his room in the property of course this could happen anywhere at any given moment, but this added to the stress i had already been accumilating at this property, like seriously i dont think anyone would want to experience encountering a dead body anytime in there entire life and it was me who had to call 999 to make them aware of a corpse in the property, within two days of the police taking body someone new moved in, sparemove work rapid in filling in rooms, the new tenant living in the new room was not made aware of what had gone on 2 days before, so i made them aware and they was not happy, moving on a year later of tolerating constant low life tenants with drug and alcohol abuse, the police came to the property roughly about 5 different times, one time they came with tazers shouting "police with tazers police with tazers" because apparently someone had called 999 saying that they had been threatened with a knife at the property, in a few disturbances i was made aware by the police that the agency was putting in people into the property that had been recently released from prison and on licence, we never really understood why we was getting such low life people at the property untill an ex convict living at the propery mentioned to the police that this was his half way house from prison, it all started to make sense the constant issues we was having was due to the agency accepting tenants that were released from prison and tenants coming from social housing applications, 3 of us at this house have fulltime working jobs, mixing social housing people with working people turned into a recipe for disaster, constant arguments were breaking out, the social housing people was having parties in there room mixed with drug abuse and poor personal hygiene and zero respect for anyone in the household, i remember one time an ex convict moved in on his first day he arrived at 11pm he had a party of 10 people in his room smoking weed, doing baloons and alcohol, despite my best efforts to manage the house is peace and tranquility everytime one low life tenant moved out a even worse one moved in, it got to the point one tenant became a squatter and the agency proceeded with an illegal eviction, hiring there own bailiffs to fufil there intent of eviction, the police sided with the squatter and ordered the agency to aquire a court order to legally evict the person, now 3 years later the agency have handed the remaining tenants with a section 21 notice to leave the property and have gave us 30 days to leave the property threatening us with homelessness and we have no where to go, they seem pretty adamant they can remove us from the property without a court order and this is currently ongoing.

LISTEN UP: Crazy how nobody gets the truth about spare move. Spare move is shockingly a big fraud, they will find you the place you want then they will hold up there end of the bargain only for a tiny bit. The moment you have house repairs or any maintenance issues they long you off or simply don’t answer and provide you a long list of rubbish excuses.(For anyone that needs evidence of the shocking poor management by individuals held high in the company please feel free to message me) Out of respect for human beings privacy I won’t name and shame these members but sadly they are still working there till today 28th November. It’s shocking how you could have a house with a gas leak and your landlord isn’t answering his phone or replying back. It’s crazy how you lose basic human rights with this disgraceful place as a agency. When I first came in to there store in Maryland I thought that I would be looked after, since the women that welcomed me is a hijabi with a clean hearted impression and I got the impression that the manger generally does care about peoples safety. However unfortunately it’s really sad how they will use you to better there own position and forget about you as long as the money is coming in they will never keep up there end of the deal. You could be dying or need immediate help from your landlord from spare move but they wouldn’t give two flying pigs. I really should be naming and shaming this disgraceful company but the goal isn’t to slander. Those that are oppressed shouldn’t fight back with aggression but rather systematically and strategically.. I’m just happy I’ve just move on from this curse. Please read your contract ten times and think long and hard before ever going to spare move. I hate to see people go down the same road as me

Nadir has been very helpful to me and my girls. We’ve moved in to a our flat , a lot of things were not working but he has helped me a lot by finding solutions for me .

Just to say that this company has restored my faith back with humanity. I put a deposit to secure a room for my daughter when she was refused Halls accommodation only to be told a few days later that she did have one. Even though when I signed the contract with Tarek it stipulated that the deposit is non refundable. When I explained the situation to Tarek he kindly RETURNED the FULL deposit back. 100% Trustworthy and was very friendly and approachable and would use again when my daughter needs outside accommodation. Thank you once again Tarek

I've been letting a room since March of last year. They're fantastic letting agents, we had our oven break down last year and had a repairman out on the day. All issues I've had with the house have had nearly immediate responses and rectified as soon as possible. The process from viewing to renting was quick and pleasant.

Thank you Sparemove and apologies on my earlier than expected departure. Being in contract for 6 months on a room let I have had to cut my stay short due to business reasons.

The lads at Sparemove have been phenomenal in understanding my situation, the professionalism shown in actual fact made me feel like I am dealing with a family member not an agent. I am not one that likes giving last minute notices as I too am a businessman and can fully understand, what affects that has to any business. Sparemove dealt with me beyond any expectations I held, they went above and beyond call of duty.

I vacated the property early and Sparemove still helped me get a room at my new location with doing what they do best... bearing in mind helping me re locate was in no way a decision that benefited them financially, but they went above and beyond to help me.

It makes me truly happy an restore my faith in humanity that there are businesses that follow up on what they advertise themselves as. Wishing you guys all the success! keep up the good work and I shall see you soon, hopefully this time you will be locating a property for me to buy in London ;)

Hands down i would recommend Spare Move to any who is unable to find a property and is struggling with finding the right place for them, they are very helpful in every step of the way, they help you move in and are literally one phone call away, never had a problem with them and i cant thank these enough for finding me the right place for me, i loved my space, my flat mates - i would say stop looking at other sites and just give them a call, explain them your situation and what you're looking for and these guys will find you the place you want!! like i said before and will say it again "best property service providers in the market" really help and the quality of service is outstanding!!

I have been a client of Sparemove on two occasions now in the last 2 years. The first time was on a 6month basis in 2014 and currently under contract at my current location.

I had moved abroad after my first colabiration with Sparemove but promised myself to keep in touch with the guys. If I had the opportunity I would do business with Sparemove! that alone is a statement to be taken seriously. From being provided a room to wanting to do business is a big ask right? BUT the professionalism and quality in the service provided you cannot help but build a connection with them on every level.

Regardless of myself being abroad they still checked in with myself from time to time even when I could not wether that be over social media or via email. So coming back to the UK and having the stresses of finding a residence to occupy, for me was a piece of cake! I got in touch with Sparemove and a week before me re entering the UK I had an Adress a large double room with an en suite waiting for me within the budget I had. Now if that is not professional and quality service I don't know what is. At times I feel as if these guys run a concierge service, everything I raise is sorted ASAP and require rs are fulfilled to the best of expectations.

I have no problem in leaving a lengthy review for these guys! Pure an simply because it is the least I can do for them. I am always in an out the country and get an A* service imagine those that live within the UK. I need not say more. Sparemove the move forward! Thank you and all the best guys. 😊

The work rate and effort the guys at sparemove do is fantastic. Great to ask advice for your property, time scale in finding tenants and managing your property they do it just perfectly.

I was not familiar with London as have only recently moved here from the Midlands as I have a new job (yay).

If it was not for the guys at Sparemove the whole move and process would not have been as smooth and would have been very problematic. As a typical northerner I did not know how London transport infrastructure worked, all I did was hand my work location to the guys at Sparemove and they brought me a list of properties I could rent. The viewings were professional and the agent was always punctual - in fact I kept him waiting on a few occasions

They even had the courtesy to tell me how much my travel would cost from each of the different locations (as I understand this is a huge deciding factor for many people). Once I had selected my new home the move in was very quick and they guys were very efficient. The guys at Sparemove also advised me on how to get my stuff transported from Manchester for a reasonable price.

The whole experience just felt tailored to myself - but I had spoken to some of their other tenants and they felt highly respected and actually felt like a customer in a restaurant as oppose to someone that owes them money for living in their property
