Ordered Dyson motor body housing
Ordered Dyson motor body housing and paid via PayPal. Waited weeks then eventually emailed and called (no answer), left voicemail. No reply, waited for another few weeks. Eventually cancelled order via PayPal and received a refund. Ordered the part from another company which arrived the next day. A few days later the parcel arrived and they are now chasing me for payment. I am in the process of trying to return it but the whole experience has been a nightmare. DON’T USE!

DO NOT buy from this company if its a company at all
Its a SCAM
After ordering you will get an email saying marked as dispatched nothing will arrive after chasing and a couple more weeks another email saying delivered, reply asking for proof of delivery tracking number ect you will not get a reply
For those that don't know what to do next
After 30 days you can issue a chargeback through your bank to get your money back
Don't let this scammer get away with it

Got scammed like the rest of you. 2 different company names, SP Spares Hub and Spares Hub. 2 different addresses in Birmingham. 2 phone numbers. Mobile number on website just states the phone is off. They do not answer the other number. Dodgy. Stay away.

Absolutely terrible service and take your money but don’t send the order.
I ordered a Dyson hoover head five weeks ago but it never arrived. Spareshub said it was on its way, then tried to say it had been delivered but my order has never arrived. I have emailed ten times since and they have never replied.
They steal your money and don’t fulfill their orders. The mobile number to contact them is permanently switched off and never reply to emails.

To add to my review below, having informed this company that I wished to cancel the order for failing to deliver and being impossible to contact, at 22.48 on the 4th June 2022 they sent me tracking details for a parcel that they know full well had been delivered on the 31st May 2022; I had written to them that day to ask you if the parcel was theirs as there was no paperwork included.
They state that they offer free return postage and suggest one can simply take the parcel to the post office or any courier yet there is no free post address and nor were account details for any courier provided!
I find their business practices frankly astounding.

Very odd company!
So i ordered a part beginning of May recieved no information regarding my order.
After a week i was told it would arrive. Then nothing.. I contacted my bank to issue a refund, then my product turns up 4 weeks after purchase.
I wouldn't buy from this company again. They are very sketchy and unreliable. Wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering.
