10/10 Service and Staff

The developers and staff at Sparked Host have never let me down with any of my inquiries or technical issues. They have always been very on top of their game in terms of response time to issues and willingness to help with a tone that indicates they actually care about what they do. I highly recommend utilizing their services for any bot hosting needs. 10/10

Misleading MC server descriptions

Buying an MC server, I paid for the mid-high tier CPU which the description made it look like it could do more than what I wanted. In reality, It struggle to load any chunks at all on vanilla with one person online. Only offer refund to credit which is disappointing.

EDIT: To the reply, the "refund" is credit only, refused full refund even within 2 hours of purchase. The hardware is listed, just wouldn't call a CPU "premium" and charge more if it struggles to load in chunks of someone running around in vanilla. Make you look up the specs of the hardware before purchasing and compare to other sites!
