Decent service overall from Sparkleanddot. The craftsmanship is good, and the product arrived promptly and nicely packaged. Tara was polite and helpful, though the pricing could be a bit more competitive. The bespoke pieces are unique, but the experience didn’t quite wow me. Still, it’s worth considering if you want something personalised.

Very happy with the keyring I ordered. It was received within 48hrs. Great product which was nicely presented and a fantastic service. I would definitely purchase from here again.

Tara is a very talented lady who puts so much love and effort into her work. I've ordered a few pieces from her and she has bent over backwards to make them just right during the design process for me, with great patience as I kept tweaking them. She is very good at customising the piece exactly as you want. She is lovely to chat to and I consider myself to have found a new friend! The quality of her work is excellent, professionally delivered and beautifully packaged. The website is very professionally built, full of good information and very helpful. I highly recommend her work as a gift to give to someone that is totally unique and that will last a lifetime, for a very reasonable price. I saw some dog I.D. discs on Tara’s Facebook page and asked if she could do one for a new kitten. Of course she could!
I followed her recommendations for the metal, chatted about designs, had to talk about copyright too, as I wanted TopGun on the tag, but couldn’t. But no matter, I received the tag so quickly and Goose looks the cat’s whiskers with it on his collar.
