Alhough my parcel wasn't going to arrive in time , a solution was soon worked out and it arrived in plenty of time , albeit I have to get it re sized after I have gifted it, but it was good to have the gift for my daughters birthday

Used Sparklet before purchased a coloured stone bracelet and was over the moon with it. Kept my eye out on the website and had a few favourites in my wish list. So my 2nd purchase was a diamond and tanzanite ring which was at the time reduced in price, I had no hesitation in buying it. So simple to order all I had to do is wait for the post a few days I was over the moon again and everybody was commenting on my Sparkler of this blue stone ring.

Very pleased with a vintage bloodstone ring I bought for my partner's birthday. I was a bit apprehensive
buying jewellery online but I had no need to worry because it was exactly as described and photographed.The ring needed re-sizing and I was kept informed of a delay due to staff holidays. Very nice company to deal with and would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent service on the behalf of the seller ,unfortunately using Royal mail as delivery causes a huge problem . Royal mail only deliver when people are at work and it took days of chasing to track down the parcel , would 100% use sparklet again but would ask them to use a different delivery option.

The only thing I would say is that the band on the ring is too fine. I don’t think it win wear well. That’s what I dropped a star from the rating for. I personally would prefer to pay a little more for a better band.

Exquisite Ring
I purchased a secondhand 18 carat gold and diamond ring, and had it resized. The ring was fully described and had lots of photos on the website to enable me to purchase with confidence. Excellent communication from Siew, who answered my questions promptly. When the ring arrived I was delighted. It is exquisite. A stunning design with beautiful diamonds.
