I'm sorry your order was delayed. I looked into your order and responded to your email in under an hour and provided tracking information and evidence showing that the parcel had reached the destination country and was awaiting customs clearance. As the parcel has not been declared lost and remains in transit, I'm unable to issue a refund at this stage.
Although I shipped your order on time, international deliveries can sometimes experience delays due to local postal services and customs processing, which are unfortunately outside of my control.
I always aim to help customers resolve delivery issues and am actively monitoring the shipment for further updates. I have also contacted the shipping company (Royal Mail) for support to get your package back on track. And of course if we can't resolve the issue I will issue you a full refund.
