I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of the Evercross Evo6C scooter. It has only held a charge three times since Christmas and now will not power on. I have repeatedly contacted Sparko Bikes for assistance via their website chat (with no response) and WhatsApp (where initial contact was made but subsequent messages have been ignored). The lack of response is unacceptable, especially considering the scooter is clearly faulty and under warranty. I have now contacted Evercross directly and await their reply. I wish I had conducted more thorough research before making this purchase.
