Product fit perfectly. Had an issue where the product was sent to the wrong address but issue sorted and replacement was sent asap.

These are the best made wearables for dogs. Love them and the customer service is excellent.

Wow, this company is amazing! I bought a rain coat for my dog, he is a cross breed with part daschund and is quite long. The rain coat was perfect size around the chest but looked like a crop top. The quality is fantastic, you can tell it is well made.

I wanted to return the item and exchange for another size but Judy has sent me a new one free of charge and I am donating the previous to a dog charity.

The responses have been very quick and the process painless. I work for a small but fast growing custom pet embroidery company , it’s shown me a lot about how we can improve the customer experience for our customers too.

I really appreciate the care that goes into your customer service and quality of the materials. I will certainly purchase from you guys again!

Also, I would recommend you guys come to Crufts in the UK next year, as I was working there at the weekend and couldn’t find a rain coat for him which was anywhere near close to the quality I received from you! You guys would make an absolute fortune if you sold here too.

What is going on with the HUGE HOOD on the larger dog sweatshirts?? I had to cut the hood off cuz it flops into her face all the time! It’s not that way for the smaller sizes. Bummer that I had to ruin it to make it fit her

Best thing with them is the return policy, don’t mind sending back the item and received it promptly. The hat runs small I have a 29 pound frenchie and the medium didn’t fit. But their quality is great.

Initially the service from Spark Paws was good. We'd selected what looked like a good coat for our dog, checking that the sizing was correct. However, when the coat arrived it was too tight. I contacted the company who offered to send a larger size, which we accepted. But the new coat was far too large. I therefore asked for a refund, offering to send both coats back (neither used beyond the one trial to see if they fitted). I now find out that because I'd accepted the exchange I was no longer entitled to a refund. However, that was never mentioned when Spark Paws offered the exchange. If I'd known that I'd lose the right to a refund because of that exchange, I'd have requested the refund instead. Advice to anyone planning to buy from this company - make sure you get your sizing right first time because if you accept the offer of an exchange there is no going back.

The quality of the fabric is poor. I’m already experiencing “pilling”. I expected better.

Excellent dog clothing, extremely good quality, with no complaints. They are very accommodating and willing to help resolve issues with incorrect sizes. I can rate the entire experience as excellent.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Stuff shipped from China, not clear during ordering process (later told by Customer Services that this is in their FAQs page - if nothing to hide then why not be transparent). Received multiple conflicting 'tracking' emails with no clear timescales so reached out to customer services who have said part of the order was cancelled. Still waiting to hear back from them as to who and why this was cancelled as no notification and certainly no refund. All I've been told is that it will be ok and but I cant cancel or get a refund because the order has been fulfilled???? Despite asking, customer services have not yet confirmed what this actually means.
So I'm out of pocket with no idea if I will ever actually receive my order and customer services are passive aggressive and evasive.
Also worth noting, after looking at their T&C's more closely (yes, I wish I'd done this before ordering) the returns process has every loop hole under the sun including customer paying for shipping which now I know would be to China, will probably cost more than the items in the first place.
Still awaiting a response following my complaint but not looking good.
I imagine the positive reviews are as a result of brushing scams.

I was impressed by the fast shipping and the quality! I bought matching Holiday pj’s for my son and his new puppy and it made his day!

I wanted to love Spark Paws, but this has been the most stressful and exhausting "customer service" experience I’ve ever had.

The Issues:

1. Unacceptable Packaging: My large order arrived in a flimsy, overstuffed, reused shipping bag that was covered in old labels and had giant holes in it. As a result, 4 items were missing entirely.

2. Fulfillment Errors: Of the items that actually arrived, they sent the wrong size (3XL instead of 2XL) on a 3-pack of shirts.

3. The Refund "Runaround": Despite their "2-3 business day" processing policy, it took over two weeks and multiple "nudge" emails to get them to acknowledge my return. I had to cite their own policies back to them just to get a response.

4. Billing Chaos: Even when they finally issued a refund, their system messed it up—refunding me for the items I kept and ignoring the $146.89 owed for the items I actually returned.

I’ve had to spend weeks tracking emails, taking photos of damaged bags, and double-checking my credit card accounts just to get the money I am legally owed. This company’s logistics are a mess. If you order from them, be prepared to fight for your refund and document every single step.

Pros: The hoodies are nice, but not worth this level of hassle.

Cons: Everything else. Proceed with extreme caution.

There customer service is just exactly what customer service should be quick precise and honest. The hoodies are brilliant great quality and our boy is very happy 😊
