Great design, sizing & material, warm & stylish, got the matching hoodies, woofy looks good, I'm warm & dry out with him, Highly recommend product & company.

Their customer service is appalling.

Two months of back and forth with bots (they call me by the obviously fake profile name from my spam email, despite me signing my name to every email.)

They never once followed up. Every time it got to the not saying ‘allow 2-4 days’ I had to email them back a week later… they just let things drop entirely.

They directly lied to me, twice. For example, they told me they were ‘inspecting the items’ when I followed up asking how to initiate the process. I hadn’t sent anything back yet.

over a month ago, they finished inspecting the exchange items, approved them, confirmed they were approved for exchange, confirmed my email, and said they were shipping. When I followed up after a month, they said I could not exchange due to them being a gift and that the gifter had to initiate the process. After two months, while they already have the original 4 hoodies, no refund issued or exchange allowed.

The gifter is taking care of a terminal relative, that’s why I asked in my VERY first email if it was okay as a recipient to do the exchange myself, and they said fine (as expected with an exchange and abnormal gift policy.)

When the relative passes, I’m going legal, but… this company’s service is truly disgusting.

I will say the sweatshirt quality seemed nice. (Just sizes ran smaller than many brands.)

Love your products. Fit my big boy, Joey, well. Would love to send a pic of him and Santa in his sweater and hat, but I don’t see how to do that. Unfortunately, I lost my boy to cancer last month. 😢 Thanks for allowing him to look so cute for his last Christmas ♥️

spark paws came through for us when we had problems with sizing . The hoodies are so cute!

I ordered a WarmSheild- water resistant jacket and the matching booties. The product quality is excellent and the double row of snap closures allows for a snug fit for even the most curvy dogs.

The size I ordered was a bit too large so I really appreciated the one free exchange policy.

Beautiful & cozy..so soft, fits my boxer fantastic.

I actually love the harness we got for our dog but I have given a 1 star rating cause I have tried twice to order a second harness and both times the order has been cancelled due to it being out of stock. They do not update their website to show items that are out of stock. I feel like I am going to have to find another company to get a harness from which is very disappointing.

Perfect fit for my dog. They offered a replacement when the size was too big. Once you get the size down, it's a breeze.

My experience with Spark Paws has been excellent. It was not their fault my dog was too big for a 2XL hoodie for her. Spark Paws reached out to me to try to rectify the issue quickly, but to no avail. My dog just doesnt fit into those hoodies - on a good note, I love MY hoodie.

I am so impressed! My dog and I got the matching sweatshirts. The fit on both of us is exceptional, they are so soft inside like a fleece blanket and the little details make them special (the strings even on the dog version!). I have washed them and they still look new. You and your bestie NEED these. Stay warm and look adorable.

Placed order on December 2, 2025 for items for Christmas. Received items on January 4, 2026 and January 6, 2026. Two days after my Dec 2 order I received email notification from the shipping company (4PX) that the package was too large and that I needed to contact the shipping company to resolve. I did not choose 4PX and I did not package the items for shipping. 4PX was not good (items sat in warehouses for many days without moving), the online tracking was substandard, and Spark Paws did not seem to know how the items were packaged (items where shipped separately under the same tracking number), or what was going on.

On the plus side, Christine at Spark Paws was responsive. We did not get anything resolved, but Christine was quick to respond via email. Also, the items seemed of decent quality when they finally arrived.

Spark Paws stated that it would provide return authorization for the items, but never did. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I did not want to keep the items if I was not paying for them so I donated the items to a local animal protective league.

Bought the dog surgical suit. As our frenchie is now getting old and wetting himself a night. So thought this would be ideal to hold his nappie in place because he is a fidget. Got it today fits great, however i think the stitching could be a little stronger arlound the velcro.
A suggestion might be to include a reusable/insert for a nappie for those that are using this suit for incontenence or mentral cycles.

I love the quality of these products. Me and pupper look great in our matching outfits 😊

We love sparks paws. Our English Bull Terrier wears his PJs every night and sleeps way better with them then without them. Everyone in the neighborhood loves to see his various jackets on colder days.

I was hoping to order from a company that makes and distributes the product from the US. When I looked at the tracking it said that it’s shipping from China. It wasn’t until I looked way down in the FAQ section (not the shipping section) on the website that it says the products are made and distributed from china. It specifically says “Our clothing is manufactured in Guangzhou, China. Contrary to popular belief, there are amazing factories in China with top-notch craftspeople that do outstanding work!”
It’s been a week and I haven’t received my products yet. They’re in NYC now after being routed through Jamaica so who knows how much longer it will be. Even if the products are great, I won’t order from this company again.
