The SparkPost team is highly professional, experienced, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. They participate in various industry groups to work with leaders and stay abreast of standards in the email ecosystem. The support team is very prompt and truly interested in providing assistance to answer questions or resolve issues. Very Bad Customer Support
Our company had multiple accounts with them and we started using Sparkpost but the company suspended all accounts at once and after discussing this I told them to refund but they didn't instead they stopped talking and closed the accounts.
