Total scam, terrible products and service

Terrible service, deceptive marketing. I ordered a knitted sweater with a hood, what came was a polyester hoodie printed to look like a sweater. Horrible. I immediately contacted support to request a refund and return shipping label. I was offered $4, then $6 then $11 for an item I paid $50 for! I requested a supervisor contact me repeatedly and no one ever did, nor did the customer support person give their name. The company is in China, not USA as it appears on the website. Total scam.
