The school has a climate of laziness
Teachers are largely indifferent to student needs and spend more time on seatwork while looking at their phones.
Morale is extremely low.

I did the C and G 2391-52 online course and the exams in Mancester. The online course is very flexible and allows you to learn at your own speed. On the exam day, George, Sarah and Wayne offer plenty of help and assistance to create a relaxed atmosphere to ease any reservations about the day. Overall a great way of learning if a classroom environment is not your thing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sparky Training to anyone.

I completed my 2382 18th edition with them. They had excellent communication and dealt with my exam results very fast, then sent me a PDF certificate and kept me updated about a physical copy all within 2 days of my exam. When I was there, they were very professional offered me a brew and we’re set up and ready for me. I’ve used several other providers near there Hyde centre and had to chase up certificates from other providers that are very close to this place.

As a seasoned sparks getting back to learning is a challenge but I had a fantastic experience training with Chris and Cathy at Sparky Training. From the moment I arrived, Chris made me feel completely at ease with his friendly and down-to-earth approach. He’s an absolute top bloke—you really get the sense he’d give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Cathy was equally supportive and welcoming, and together they create such a positive, encouraging environment. I forget the name of my other assessor but he was just as helpful and calm, I’d highly recommend Sparky Training to anyone looking to build their confidence and skills in a no-pressure, genuinely helpful setting.

Having not studied for a number of years I was apprehensive to enrol myself. All my reservations quickly put to rest after speaking with Chris from Sparky Training. I was given helpful advice on which courses to take to achieve the required skills. The City & Guilds course content was clear and easy to follow once I’d familiarised myself with computer systems. My first visit to the Training Centre to sit my first exam & found easy parking & good onsite facilities. Sarah and Wayne who run the training centre couldn’t be more helpful & their helpful advice & guidance definitely helped me achieve my 2365 Level 2 qualification. I’m looking forward to returning to sit my Level 3. I’ve met some great people whilst studying at the centre & enjoying my return to studying. I definitely recommend Sparky Training whatever your experience and skill level.

Today, I pondered my career path and the successes I've attained. The Sparky Training team instantly came to mind. They're an exceptional team. I pursued my 18th edition, Inspection and Testing, and NVQL3 qualifications under their guidance. They equipped me with invaluable knowledge, which paved the way for my accomplishments. Thank you all.

Very good facilities. High standards but clear, supportive and fair instruction. Highly recommended. I would certainly do further qualifications with Sparky Training if the opportunity arises.
