Staff are very helpful, friendly and most important they guide us to the whole process. This is our first time being a host and we kind of cautious who to choose to stay at our home.

Very helpful all the way to the end of searching a compatible renter . I did not had to do much in finding a renter the Sparrow team is great. I would recommend others to to work with the team, had done in the past will also do it in the future. Great team work.

Sparrow was thorough and followed up on their commitments. They added a personal touch through zoom meetings.

Russel and Karine seemed to prepare me well but then I got an unexpected bill $232 from? After the initial listing fee I expected to pay $25 for each month of the contract - 4 months.
I haven’t paid the unexpected bill and and the alth Russel had the bill source phone - Source seemed to phone me but the phone shut off “end of the day” person said.
I want exact money involved and understood.

Working so hard to find a good housemate that will fit the criteria that i wanted for a housemate
Also very reliable and responsive.

Very helpful and kind when I needed help with communication between the hosts and had not issues or complaints when I had to cancel last minute!
