The customer service is great ,Vlad ,one of the agents listened and helped me through an issue I had recently .He let me know the problem was my not ordering the correct product . He was very helpful

Everything worked well and the doll is exactly what I expected and wished. Good handling and I believe it is a long lasting relationship.

Shipping speed was fast but production time was extremely slow.

I wanted a quality sex machine. I DID NOT want one from Amazon. I searched so many sites. I found Spartanlover and what appealed to me was their claim to be a small business. The product pictures, videos, graphics and description looked like it was a quality product and unique to this site.
I purchased the machine for 89.99. It came with one attachment . They said it would come discreetly boxed with Spartan as the sender.
Later that day I emailed them to cancel the order but I never got a reply.
One day a box from Amazon was delivered. I don't shop with Amazon so I was confused. It had the Amazon logo and it had Amazon as the Shipper.
Inside the box was the sex machine!
I was quite upset. I immediately emailed Spartan and told them I didn't want a product from Amazon. If I did I would've ordered from them and not Spartan!
They didn't reply. I emailed them 3 times and they never replied.
I wanted to send it back because they hsd lied about their business and their product. I disputed the charge with my card company in hopes they could reach Spartan and I could return the machine for a refund. It was in it's original unopened packaging.
Spartan responded to my card company. They sent a copy of an agreement I didn't agree to. It had someone else's name and information on it.
They claimed I just didn't like that it was packaged in am Amazon box.
My card company never asked for my proof they had fraudulently sold me an Amazon product and misrepresented themselves. That is illegal! The case was closed.
Spartan took my 89.99 and purchase the sex machine from Amazon and had them ship it to me . I have the packing slip and gift receipt.
I am pursuing this with an attorney now and I have reported them to the FTC and will report them to their state attorney general.
I don't believe they make their dolls either. All of their products come from Amazon. They have no customer service. They care about making a buck and screwing the consumer..
Buy from the manufacturer and avoid shady groups like this who are not a small business who care.
I will spend way more than 89.99 to get them to make this right .
This was a horrible experience.
I've never been scammed like this and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it

Vlad is clearly passionate about ensuring he delivers great customer service, I had a few issues which he resolved quickly and effectively.

There was some confusion regarding the oral opening of the doll, I fed this back to Vlad and he has now updated the information on the web site. Although I got a doll that I wasn’t fully expecting this was resolved.

I love Eddie. However wires at some fingers poking out. I changed penis size from 7.5 to 6.5 and got confirmation but I still got the 7.5. I ordered teeth and got charged for it but didn't receive it. He is beautiful and love him so I will be ordering Akira in a few months.

Vlad was helpful and fairly timely with his responses to my inquiries. However, I did feel like I had to initiate any updates as the information was not very forthcoming. One issue I have with the doll's details is the weight: I was told he weighed 89 pounds when in reality he weight approximately 102 pounds. That's a significant difference considering I'm having to essentially lift "dead weight"! I also was sent a female fishnet stocking outfit as my "gift" with my MALE doll. I'm not into crossdressing or femme play. Please make your suppliers aware of what they're shipping so that they can make more appropriate choices in this area.

The realism is endearing and I am totally satisfied with the purchase.

It was only great because it arrived much earlier then I expected. It was extremely heavy getting it out of the box and setting it up on my bed. It was missing the extra eyes I purchased. More importantly, missing socket so I can tighten/loosen both penises. Very disappointed about the mouth/kissing feature. Vlad was great in responding to these issues

They don't take responsibility for what they sell. They blame any problem on shipping and just respond with "you agreed to the ToS". Just avoid them. Plenty of other good companies out there.

Service was great, all my requests were followed up closely.

Aside from the product coming in damaged (which I believe is being handled by someone in support) it certainly is worth the money and wait.
