Dylan Stole 10K From Our Company

Had an agreement in writing with Dylan not to spend more than 1K a month on ad spend. Spent 10K in May and didn't say a word. When we caught him, he said it was entirely his fault and he would forego his commission for the month, but left us in a horrible financial position after this unapproved giant ad spend (we're a small business). We've filed small claims action in Florida and intend to do everything we can to get our money back. He never apologized, and showed absolutely no intention of making his mistake right.
