I ordered a couple of shoes, but at delivery, it was the right size at the label at the box, but the shoe inside was another size. I returned it, wrote an explanation at scheme, got a new pair of shoes – same problem. I returned it once again, and carefully explained the problem, and asked to get a personal email-reply, to show that the problem was understood. Got the usual auto-reply, so don’t bother writing anything at “Note” – no one reads it. Once again I got a pair of shoes, and once again it was the wrong size. Then I called the local contact-person. He explained that the mistake happened because the manufacturer had put the wrong shoes in the boxex, and that they wasn’t going to do anything about it, unless there was a very high rate of complaints, and then it would take weeks before it was fixed. In other words: The shoes are cheap because the company doesn’t use time to let someone open the shoeboxes to check whether it is the right shoes inside the boxes. And the company is not going to change that.

Jeg beklager at du har haft en dårlig oplevelse i forbindelse med din handel. Det er vigtigt at kontakte kundeservice når sådan et problem opstår. Jeg kan ikke se nogen skriftlig henvendelse til kundeservice inde på din kundekonto, og jeg kan se at du først ringede den 16/09 da problemet forekom for 3. gang. Havde du kontaktet os første gang kunne vi have kontaktet lageret for at informere dem om problemet.
I både varemodtagelsen og ekspeditionen håndterer vi så stort volumen at vi desværre ikke kan kontrollere alle men må nøjes med stikprøvekontrol.
Da du kontaktede os per telefon kunne vi se at fejlprocenten var så stor på netop denne model at der var for stor risiko for at du vil få en forkert vare igen, derfor anbefalede vi en refundering i stedet for en ny ombytning.
