Communication is Poor

Communication is Poor . I know I ordered over Christmas. It would be so easy to put a notice on the home page telling you they were shut down until Jan 2. Also delivery could be quicker .

Great product, bad postage.

The product I ordered was great, just what I wanted.
Slight problem with postage though. It might be handy if it says on the website that orders are sent by APC and needed to be signed for. I got a card through the door saying I wasn't home and It needed signing for, if I'd known this I would have sent it to work.....I ordered two very small brass Tig welding push fit connectors (5mm) which could have been put in the letter box, but no, I had to spend my time sorting out a new delivery etc and paid £4.50 for the privilege. The most annoying thing about this was I really needed these items asap, and two days messing about was not helpful in any way.
