Spa World and Jacuzzi LEMON.

Spa World and Jacuzzi LEMON.
I was delivered a broken Jacuzzi that took three months (and numerous phone calls) to get the install that I paid for.
Once installed I discovered that the Spa made a shocking noise that ruins the relaxing ambience. It is now 11 months after the deliver and I still have a Spa that is not the experience that was sold to us in the shop. Spa World are full of empty promises that never eventuate.
So much for paying a premium for a quality spa, so much for the guarantee.
Save yourself a fortune and don't buy a Jacuzzi from Spa World. Buy a cheap spa that works and replace it every year - you will be better off.
