This is only my second week but I am thrilled with the quality of lessons with my teacher Aracely. Group classes are not great for me because I have a basis foundation and am between levels. Aracely is able to customize for my needs, and is obviously experienced and great at teaching. There are so many options out there, I feel very fortunate I found a school of such quality and so affordable.

Claritza is an excellent tutor. She is very patient and tailors each lesson to my strengths and weaknesses. Taking private Spanish lessons from Speakshop is an outstanding bargain. My Spanish is improving quickly and the lessons are also a lot of fun.

My teacher Maura Juarez has been great! We do ad lib conversation then 40 minutes of structured grammar review. I feel like I am finally able to express myself via spoken conversation

Excellent service. Great way to connect with teacher in Guatemala via Skype. I like the concept of the Fair Trade aspect, where the teacher gets the full teacher fee.
My teacher Mayra has been great. Patient, corrects my speaking mistakes.
It is very easy to book a lesson and I can schedule at a time that works best for me.

My tutor, Mayra, has helped me for many years! She provides a great mix of grammar and conversation.

I am very happy with my lovely teacher Rebecca Gonzalez de Lowe. She is an excellent teacher, a patient and kind person who has never tired of helping me. She is interesting and fun and is very capable of talking to anyone and moulding her teaching practice to suit any individuals needs. She is very personable and open. Learning Spanish with Rebecca is fun and she makes it all seem natural and easy. I have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca to anyone in the world no matter what their level is or ability. She has been an outstanding teacher for me.

Mayra has been my steady partner in achieving my goal of speaking Spanish comfortably by my 65th birthday. I have been taking classes with Mayra for two years and she has consistently been prepared, supportive, and armed with a variety of materials to use in our classes. I have never felt anxious before a class with Mayra. I always know she is going to be patient, steady, and focused on helping me to improve my Spanish. I am deeply appreciative for all of Mayra's help. I just turned 65 and I'm very happy with the advanced level of Spanish I've achieved!

My Spanish has improved markedly since I started with Speak Shop.
Lessons are easily scheduled and individually tailored to meet the student's needs. My instructor has the necessary skills to answer all of my questions with patience and good humor, and she never cringes at my awful accent. I could not be more pleased.

I've studied with Mayra using speakshop for several years and I've never been disappointed. I always get to practice conversation in spanish and learn new things or re-learn old things that need reinforcement. Mayra has always been attentive to my needs and concerns and speakshop has always been responsive when I had an issue. I couldn't ask for more.
