Excellent communication from start to finish and a great job done.

The service was professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. All the staff were very friendly, answering all my questions. I got emailed reminders of the date booked in and all the relevant quotes and invoices by email. They arrived promptly on the day and they took all the necessary safety precautions to protect my property and the surrounding area and removed all the waste and tidied up. The trimmed hedges looks better than ever. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future.

these people are such professionals. They do a great job, tidy up after themselves and are the most pleasant people to deal with. They are also very competitive. I wouldn't use any other company.

Firstly the guys that work for Special Branch are excellent..nothing is too much for them..secondly over the number of years I have used Special Branch their cost of doing any type of tree surgery is always a very reasonable price..

It was already a quick booking process, but I'm still getting neighbours asking what the #31! happened to all the trees.
Also they were friendly and it sounded like they were enjoying themselves while working, which is nice in between the blaring saw blades and chipper.

This shows in a repair to some damaged decking during a recent job when a fence panel cracked a recently installed composite decking edge .... the lads sourced the parts and repaired really quickly to 'as new' standard. Very impressed with this 👍 The hallmark of a good company ....

Special Branch visited the property to review the work needed. The quote provided was accurate. They turned up on time and worked quickly and carefully to remove a number of large, overhanging branches. I would thoroughly recommend them. A brilliant team!

Josh and his team did an excellent job. He turned up in person to quote and took time to listen to what work we wanted to have done and advised us accordingly. The price quoted was fair for the considerable amount of work that needed to be done. Communication from the office was good both prior to and after the appointment. All the work was done as requested and to a very high standard. We would certainly use Special Branch again and would recommend them to anyone who has trees and hedges that need attending to.

Special Branch Tree Surgeons Ltd are in my opinion special. They are professional and know what they are doing. Some "So Called Tree Surgery Companies" are not qualified and just hack away at your trees. These guys know what they are doing, are qualified, safe, polite and professional. If you want a good job done to a high standard this is the company for you. If you want a cheep job done to a poor standard look elsewhere. As a company director I have no hesitation in recommending S.B.T.S. they have done two big jobs for me and I am particular about the caliber of companies I employ, the due diligence carried out by me on several companies before I employed S.B.T.S. has paid off as it does every time. If you want an excellent professional job carried out to a high standard with consultation for the duration of the job S.B.T.S. is the company for you ....YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Special branch tree surgery have always done an excellent job for us - from an initial visit to check out and discuss the work to giving an itemised quote to executing the work fully, on the date and time agreed, finally leaving a clean site. Work is done by polite and pleasant staff who seem to know what they are doing.
Communication has always been faultless too.

I recently had some cypress trees that were very old and intertwined with ivy, removed from back garden. Special Branch did a great job,very helpful and really nice staff. Thank you.

Used this company in March of this year to have two stumps ground, on completion (which was a fantastic well done job) I asked for a quote to have a high leylandii hedge trimmed. I was booked in for late June, I received a reminder while on holiday in Portugal. I was home before the date agreed and the job was done to an excellent standard. Would highly recommend.

For the past 2 years Special Branch have cut/trimmed my Laurel Hedge and also shaped a large tree that was shading the garden. The three guys who do the job are great - they do a really good job at a reasonable price. The Hedge is pretty long and quite precarious on one side as it is a shear drop, but they still manage to cut the hedge on that side. I would recommend this company to do any tree/hedge works.

Great company, turned up on time on the day stated, the guys were cheerful, worked hard and cleared up all the mess after, and there was a lot 8’ high, 5’ thick privet hedge for about 30 metres, completely removed. I have used this company several times and highly recommend them.
