Great car and great service. Dropped off and picked up with no hassle. I would have no hesitation to use these guys again.

Helpful and easy
Helpful, The car was perfect for what we needed. When we needed to extend the lease it was easy to do. The pick up was slightly confusing as we were waiting for the collection on the expected day and when I called to confirm was told no plans had been made for a driver to collect.
Only downside was my sister injured herself when lowering the boot. May be worth adding a comment that care should be used as could cause injury. Would have been nice to share the driving with my daughter but with no uk driving experience that was not possible.

First class experience
I was dealt with very in a very professional and courteous manner. The vehicle I hired was perfect for my needs and was very clean. The controls were explained to me very thoroughly and my disabled mother felt very safe and secure in her wheelchair whilst in the vehicle. She has been very nervous about travelling and this experience has really put her mind at rest. I will definitely be using Specialist Vehicle Rental again.
